ホタルブクロとオオキンケイギク

いつもの散歩道にはホタルブクロが咲いています。白花もあります。外来種のオオキンケイギクはすっかり日本に居着いています。

螢火蟲布克羅盛開在通常的步行道上。 也有白花。 外來物種的奧金凱吉克已經在日本了。

今日の朝ご飯

今日の朝ご飯のメインディッシュは庭で獲れたオカノリの胡麻和えです。次の写真が収穫したばかりのオカノリとスナップ豌豆です。スナップ豌豆は自家製味噌の味噌汁の具にしました。その他自慢の糠漬け胡瓜などもあります。

今天的早飯主菜是在花園裡捕獲的奧卡諾里。 下一張照片是奧卡諾里和捕捉豆子,這是剛剛收穫。 Snap 豆是自製味精的味精湯。 此外,還有自誇的醃制胡瓜。

Main dishes of today's breakfast are vegetables with sesame paste dressing from OKANORI which could be caught at a garden. The next pictures are OKANORI which has just harvested and snapshot peas. Of the miso soup by which snapshot peas are homemade fermented soybean paste, it was done minutely. Additionally I have proud cucumber of vegetables pickled in rice-bran paste.

今日の弁当は烏賊と里芋などの煮物です。卵焼きと小松菜茸油揚げ炒めです。エリンギとズッキーニがアクセントです。

今天的午餐是煮的,如土匪和佐藤。 煎蛋捲和小松菜炒。 伊林吉和西葫蘆是口音。

Today's box lunches are cooked vegetables of squid and taro potato. An omelet and Komatsuna leaf mushroom thin fried tofu fry. Eringi mushroom and zucchini are the accent.

Today's box lunches are a chicken food fried without coat and a croquette. Usual Komatsuna leaf mushroom thin fried tofu fry. I also have cucumber of vegetables pickled in rice-bran paste.

今日の弁当は筑前煮です。これは鶏肉と蒟蒻と根菜類とズッキーニなどを煮たものです。ポテトサラダも作りました。我が家の庭で採れたオカノリやスナップ豌豆は胡麻和えにして、パセリは飾りに使いました。

Today's box lunch is chikuzen-ni chicken and vegetables. This boiled chicken, konnyaku, root vegetable and zucchini. Potato salad was also made. OKANORI and the snapshot peas gathered at a garden of my home took vegetables with sesame paste dressing, and used parsley in an ornament.
