やっぱり地球は温暖化?

いえいえ地球は沸騰してるって。

被溫暖的陽光吸引而起飛的紫蝶。

盛開的水仙、紅梅、白梅。

果然地球變暖了？

マグロトロとホタテ寿司

新鮮なマグロとホタテ貝をゲットしました。冷凍庫に保存しておいた海老と卵焼きの握り寿司とさらにマグロの一部を鉄火巻きにし豪華握り寿司が完成しました。

我得到了新鲜的金枪鱼和扇贝。把保存在冰箱里的虾和煎鸡蛋的握寿司和金枪鱼的一部分做成铁火卷，完成了豪华的握寿司。

I got a fresh tuna and scallop. I did a part of the tuna to tekka-maki more, and gorgeousness nigiri-zushi was completed with the nigiri-zushi of prawns and the omelet which I stored in the freezer.

八丁味噌仕込み

大豆から作られた八丁味噌は愛知県の特産品です。仕込みは一年で一番寒い季節が最適とされています。地元産の大豆4kgを一昼夜水に浸して圧力鍋で加熱しました。フードプロセッサーでこれをペースト状にしてよく冷ましました。これに塩と味噌麹を混ぜて容器に詰めました。その上に重石を乗せて我が家の縁の下で約二年間じっくり発酵させます。出来上がったら美味しい味噌汁と味噌煮込みうどんで長寿を祝おう。

用大豆做的八丁味增是愛知縣的特產。 最適合一年中最冷的季節進貨。 將當地產的4kg大豆在水中浸泡一晝夜，用壓力鍋加熱。 用食品處理器把它做成糊狀，冷卻得很好。 把鹽和味增曲混合在一起裝進容器裏。 在上面放上重石，在我家的邊緣下慢慢發酵大約兩年。 做好後用美味的味增湯和味增燉烏冬面慶祝長壽吧。

The Hatcho miso made from a soybean is a special product of Aichi. It is said that the season that the training is one year, and is the coldest is most suitable. 戦果はご覧の通り31個で429円でした。

とてもおいしくいただきました。
