梅仕事・土用干し

梅仕事です。

日本の梅雨は終わってから１０日間は真夏の晴天が続くと言われています。この時期は土用干しと言って今年塩漬けにした梅を直射日光で干す大切な梅仕事のシーズンです。

今年も真っ赤で美味しくて酸っぱい梅干しができますように。

梅工作。

據說日本的梅雨結束後10天盛夏的晴天會持續下去。 這個時期叫做土用幹，是今年用陽光直射曬醃制的梅花的重要梅花工作季節。

希望今年也能做出美味又鮮紅又酸的梅幹。

It is plum work.
