土用干し二日目

今日も快晴です。土用干し二日目です。

梅干しの肌は産毛でおおわれた赤ちゃんの頬のようです。そこで俳句を一句。

今天也很晴朗。 土用晾乾的第二天。

梅幹的皮膚就像被產毛覆蓋的嬰兒的臉頰。 在那裡寫了一句俳句。

It is clear today. It is the summer airing second day.

The skin of the pickled plum is like the cheeks of the baby covered with a downy hair. Therefore I made a haiku.

梅仕事・土用干し

梅仕事です。

日本の梅雨は終わってから１０日間は真夏の晴天が続くと言われています。この時期は土用干しと言って今年塩漬けにした梅を直射日光で干す大切な梅仕事のシーズンです。

今年も真っ赤で美味しくて酸っぱい梅干しができますように。

梅工作。

據說日本的梅雨結束後10天盛夏的晴天會持續下去。 這個時期叫做土用幹，是今年用陽光直射曬醃制的梅花的重要梅花工作季節。

希望今年也能做出美味又鮮紅又酸的梅幹。

It is plum work.

It is said that fine weather of the midsummer continues for ten days after being over in the rainy season in Japan. It is a season of the important plum work to say summer airing at this time, and to dry the plum which I preserved in salt this year by direct rays of the sun.

So that the pickled plum which is bright red, and is delicious, and is sour is done this year.

台北はもう梅雨が明けてきびしい熱帯の暑さだろうな。台北植物園のハスの花はまだ咲いているかな。

臺北已經雨季結束了，現在是熱帶的炎熱吧。 臺北植物園的荷花還開著嗎。

カノコガ

蝶の仲間の蛾です。

同じ鱗翅目のカノコガ 学名(Amata fortunei

Orza, 1869)が我が家を訪ねてくれました。さすがに玄関のドアホンは鳴らしませんでしたが私が朝起きてドアを開けたらニコッと微笑んでくれました。

我是蝴蝶夥伴的飛蛾。

同樣是鱗翅目的卡諾科加學名（Amata fortunei Orza1869）來我家拜訪了。 雖然玄關的門鈴沒有響，但是我早上起來打開門後笑了。

台湾三峡地区名物牛角パン焼き挑戦

台湾🇹🇼新北市三峡地区の郷土名物は牛角パンです。この形のパンを作るのはとても難しいです。だから私は敢えてこのパンを焼くことに挑戦しました。

結果はご覧の通りです。とても美味しいパンができあがりました。

臺灣🇹🇼新北市三峽地區的鄉土名產是牛角麵包。 做這種形狀的麵包很難。 所以我敢於挑戰烤這個麵包。

結果如您所見。 做了非常好吃的麵包。

A specialty of native district of Taiwan🇹🇼 New North cityu Sanxia is a Horn of the cow bun. It is very difficult to cook the bread of this form. Therefore I challenged that I baked this bread daringly.

The result is as you see. Very delicious bread was completed.
