高齢の蕎麦名人にとって蕎麦の生地を捏ねる作業はとてもハードなのです。
そこで理系の爺であるRikejiiのアイデアは文明の利器を使うことです。
以前は満身の力を込めて百回かぞえながら手で捏ねていました。
それがフードプロセッサーを使えばたった３分でとても滑らかに捏ねることができます。
出来上がりはご覧の通りでお味も本格的十割蕎麦です。

① 今年も近所の人からこんなにたくさんの梅をいただきました。
② 塩漬け。
③ 果汁浸出。
④ 紫蘇の葉を水洗乾燥
⑤ 塩揉み
⑥ 再漬け込み
梅雨が明けたら真夏の直射日光で土用干しです。自然の恵みに感謝し、今年も健康で梅仕事ができる幸を実感しています。

梅雨結束後，在盛夏的陽光直射下曬土用。 感謝自然的恩惠，今年也切身感受到了健康的梅花工作的幸福。
