タイのバンコクに仮面ライダー登場－。この仮面ライダーの正体は、日本人ビジネスマンのトミカワ・アキヒロさん（４４）。トミカワさんはスラム地域で恵まれない子供たちのため慈善活動をしていて、２カ月おきにタイを訪問しているという。
