こんなの英語でグダグダいっててもしゃあないやろ、と
いい意見。特にこの投稿に限ったわけではないが。
「有道ブログに集まる糞外国人もいれば、しっかりした意見をお持ちの外人もいる。有道ブログに集う馬鹿外国人もいれば、日本を愛してやまない外人さんもいる。」ということがわかった。文章読んで、「外人」「外国人」の用法も研究してね。

どうも、受け入れ拒絶と受け入れに消極的というのがはっきりしない。
受け入れ拒絶というのは、外国人が来ても宿泊させないこと、消極的というのは、積極的に外人誘致しないこと。で、仮に、外国人宿泊拒否となるとこれは法律違反だ。で、平さんのやっているようなことは消極的から積極的に変えていこう、というわけだ。これはこれでいい。おおいにやっていただきたい。啓蒙活動は有意義である。では、外国人受け入れ消極的はまずいか？おれはいいと思うよ。お前らなんでそんなにお節介やくのかなああ？先住民をそっとしておいやれよ。
てか、日本語しゃべれよ。お前らのようなやつがいるから、外国人は日本語しゃべれない、という固定観念が定着する。おまえらのように、外国人強姦犯の裁判を事実を隠蔽して日本人被害者を嘘つき呼ばわりして、いまもって何の釈明もせず、日本に関する嘘を振りまいているから、外国人軍団はこわい、というイメージが蔓延するんだよ。はやく気づいてね。立派な在日外人さんたちの迷惑になっているよ。

こんなコメントがあった。どこまでも本当かわからんが、有道センセ日本国籍を取得後、離婚後、米国籍取得を試みたとある。もし、本当なら、みんなで署名などして応援してあげるべきだと思う。

A conjectural essay written in english and read primarily by people to whom the word applies will do nothing for `the cause`
Am I the only one who realizes this?
It is exactly the same as people complaining in Japanese on Yahoo about foreigners who aren`t residing in Japan…
Does no good if it`s in the language the `other` cannot understand…

日本は観光に熱を入れる、という記事で、
Hompo-san then said he is often asked: “With that type of stat, are you just going to ignore the 27% of the ryokans that don’t want to accept foreigners?” You know what his reply was? “Yes, we are going to ignore them.” The reasoning was that the 1 in 6 won’t be spread evenly across all inns and hotels. The percentages will obviously be higher in Tokyo than the countryside. The inns in the 27% group tend to be in the countryside and tend to not want foreigner guests because they are not confident they can provide satisfactory service to them (c.f. Iegumo-san’s in-laws). Hompo-san indicated he would prefer to let such inns persist in their ignorance rather than forcing Inbounders on them, which would only create unpleasant experiences for both parties. As Japan’s population (and therefore their customer base) shrinks, then maybe the inns will wake up to the reality of needing to direct their omotenashi towards foreigners. Or maybe they’ll just keep on sleeping… (My editorializing, not his, but Hompo-san did say he would ほっとく the 27% in the hopes of avoiding them providing 忠太半端 service to foreign guests.)

David Aldwinckle is a very conflicted person and would make a great case study for a psychiatrist.
He moves along this path of “activism” because it’s all he has left. By trying to make a statement, the man lost his U.S. Citizenship (which he tried to get back after his divorce, BTW) and his family. This has become his only source of positive reinforcement.
He’s a mark for seeing his face on TV and his name and his words in print whether it be in a newspaper or digitally and pulls stunts to achieve this end. Helping Saitama foreign residents protest against a seal getting a fake juminhyo?! More likely, he flew down there just to see his face on NHK later that evening. And his stunt during the G8 conference was just puke inducing in that he refused to show ID and then called a press conference about it?! Yep. David Aldwinckle is more important than 8 world leaders (rolls eyes). I’m sure if the conference was in Okinawa with U.S. Marines doing the ID checks, he would be saying “Yes sir” and three bags full.
He also intently polices any wikipedia entry that has anything remotely to do with him. Edit one of those pages and “Debito” is there literally within MINUTES to check, revert, and complain.
“Debito” is not about gaijin equality or anything that noble. “Debito” is about “Debito”…an overgrown baby and the white Al Sharpton with half the honorable intentions.
