旧強姦罪の初犯の刑期は何年？刑期の長さは事件の性質によって異なるので一概には言えませんが、実刑4～5年以上となることが多いです

Support for the death penalty for murder is nevertheless higher in Britain than in other western European countries: 45% favour it in France, 35% in Germany, 31% in Italy and 28% in Spain; opponents also outnumber supporters in Canada, where 44% are in favour. But there are clear majorities of at least two-to-one in favour in the USA (69% in favour compared to 29% opposed) and South Korea (72% to 28%) -- both of which retain the death penalty -- as well as in Mйxico (71% to 26%), which does not.

まあ、一部非難はあったわけだ。

あたりまえだよね。警告を無視して、危険な目にあっている。関係者に死者もでている。「あはは、いいよ、いいよ」では済まされまい。

といっても、本人たちも反省しているようだし、子供時代にはよくあること。まずは、健康状態に注意して、関係する教育者が適切な叱責をすればよいし、それ以上のバッシングは異常。


日本でもそんな感じじゃないの？


佐藤智広君が失踪して世界のニュースになったときも、　自己責任論なんてでたか？

自己責任論出さない人が多かっったからといって、日本人は立派だ！なんて褒めたのか、この人は？


イラク日本人人質事件がトラウマのようになているのかもしれんが、あれは家族が「自衛隊撤退しろ！」と怒鳴ったり、日本での心配をよそにのうのうと暮らしている”拉致被害者”の映像がでてきたりして反感を買った面もつよかった。

反面、そうした攻撃を憂慮する声もあったわけだね。

BBCの件でもそうだけど、リベラル・左翼・出羽守の人たちの外国人への同調圧力ってのは恐ろしいね。

タイだってどれだけ非難があったか、なかったか、実際にはわからんわけだし。

例えば、数学の楽しさを教えるのではなく、となりのケンちゃんやら、さとこちゃんが、数学の成績をいいから、お前もやれ式に教育を受けてきた連中なのかね。

タイがどうのこうのじゃなくて、例えば、「危険を回避するため、警告を守らせることは必要だし、破ったら、お説教も必要。しかし、過度に非難して成長を歪ませてはいけない。健全な大人に育てることがわれわれ大人の責任」とか、普通に論拠述べればええやん？

自分で議論を組み立てるっておもしろいでしょ？

リベラル・左翼・出羽守たちの人たちも、「赤信号みんなで渡れば怖くない」を実践しようとしているのかな？、

しかしだ、韓国を題材にして同じような作品を作ったとして、


日本人韓国人から共感や助けを得られることには期待していません。問題の根底には家父長制があると思います。

そこそこの作品かな。

クライマックスで敵を前にして、

大軍を前に、橋を守っている男がいた・・・より良い死に方といのは・・・誰もが死ぬんだよ、問題は、善く死ぬことなんだ・・・強敵を前にして、祖先の遺骨とわれらの神社のために、いかにしたら、より善く死ぬことができるか、なんだよ、と。

ーー日本の映画で、こんなことを言わせたら、軍国主義！と誹謗されるんじゃないかな、と。

ちなみに、アジア人もでてくる！、

一人しか子供を産まない親たちが増えているが、なぜか？

この動画では経済的理由を上げている。

ただ、スエーデンでは、長期育児休暇、充実した育児手当、保育料に上限を設けるなどして、子育てが楽！


にもかかわらず、一人しか子供を持たないのは、たんにライフスタイルとして選択しているもので、そうすることでやりたいことができるからだ、と。


スエーデンのような模範の例があるわけですね。

移民は嫌だ、子育て支援は嫌だ、では、日本絶滅の道を歩んでいるようなもの。
