漫画でいうと、デビルマンなんかが「裏切り者の名をうけて、すべてを捨てて戦うおとこ～♪」で、デーモン族から追われていたのだが、さしずめ井上さんは、デビト族から追われるデビルマンか？

しかし、そういう意味ではひこざえもんさんかもスマーミーで、ターンコートなどとよばれてしまうのであろうか。


ことの発端は、井上氏が有道ブログがリンクを貼っていた投稿が（一時）消えたのでどうなったの？とコメントした。


はじめは、

太字の部分をつけたしたわけだね。「あれ、なにいってんの？ちゃんとあるじゃない？」と。あとで付け足すことによって、井上氏がブログ荒らしをしているのではないかという印象操作をしているのではないか、と。

でも、さすが有道センセ、頭いいから、最後の「説明できない」という部分は残している。頭隠して尻隠さずってところかーーーこれじゃあ、付け足しがバレバレでしょう。

とにかくあそこにコメントしても、気に入らないと公開されないか、あるいは、公開されても、編集されたりするから、コメント欄を含めて有道センセの作品といってよいでしょう。


まあ、英語圏のコメント欄を読んでいると、英語の勉強にもなるし、また、井上氏のように、うまい論理運びと上記のセンセのように個人誹謗ばかりの下手な議論というのも勉強になる。

　ソクラテスは死ぬか、という論題で、すべての人間は死ぬ、ソクラテスは人間である、よって、ソクラテスは死ぬというのは筋がとおっているが、論者であるお前は裏切り者だ、ごますりだ、というのは論題の議論になっていない。議論と論者は区別すべきであるにも関わらず、往々にして議論からはずれて論者についての誹謗になってしまうわけですね。

日本語でも英語でも論理的な文章というのはあるのだが、論題から外れず、論理がすっきりしていると日本語でも英語でも伝わりやすい。

　これは、先日日本でも、警察の秘密文書がネットで流れてイスラム教徒について、似たようなことが日本でも行われていたのではないか、といわれているわけですね。

　NYのケースではCIAもからんでいるということで、全くの推測で、根拠はないですけど、日米関係のありかたを考えると、米国から、日本でもやるように、”要請”というか、”助言”というか、そんなものがあったのかな、と不図思います。

　だから、日本が悪くないというつもりはない、一般市民をなんの根拠・権限もなく、監視するのは違法であり、間違っている。

Police forces with some of the worst records of targeting black people have decided to stop recording the ethnicity of the people their officers stop and ask to account for their movements, the Guardian has learned.

Five out of the 10 forces most likely to use stop-and-account powers disproportionately against black people – West Midlands, Avon and Somerset, Thames Valley, Sussex and Hertfordshire – have halted recording the race of people they have stopped. They have used a government change in the rules introduced in March, which was aimed at cutting bureaucracy.

In total, 21 out of 43 forces in England and Wales will stop recording details, according to responses to requests under the Freedom of Information Act.

While the US boycotts the UN Durban 3 conference on combating racism, racism and oppression are still deeply entrenched in America. Slavery and segregation maybe a thing of the past, but African Americans are still no where near achieving equality.
A big fat “no” to an anti-racism meet-up at the UN – from the US and some of its friends with benefits.
“They want to protect each other. The United States because of its original sin of genocide against Native Americans and slavery, and the Europeans because of their ongoing neo-colonial ties to Africa and Asia,” said Glen Ford of the Black Agenda Report.

人種差別撤廃を唱えるダーバン会議をアメリカはボイコットするようだが、アメリカも今でも人種差別はあらゆる分野でのこっており、アメリカはアメリカインディアンに対するジェノサイドや奴隷制度、そして、欧州人は進行中のアフリカ・アジアにネオ植民地主義があり、それに触れられたくないから欧米はボイコットで協調しているんじゃないか、と。

私は、普天間問題について沖縄県民の意思に同情するものである。
しかし、鳩山センセが米国と合意・約束していなかった、というならともかく、合意がある以上、あとはそれを実行してくれ、というのは、当然で、また、合意がある以上、誠実に実行すべきは当然であろう。
アメリカの責任とは何を指しているのか？

大統領は、日本が米国産牛肉の輸入を制限している問題の進展を迫った。国際結婚破綻後の子どもの親権をめぐるハーグ条約に関しても、日本が条約加盟に向けて国内法整備を急ぐよう求めた。

読売は、米国政府の口か？

輸入制限にしろ、ハーグ条約にせよ、問題があるとすれば、国民の声を拾い、国内で問題提起すべきであるにも関わらず、読売がそれをすっ飛ばして、米国政府の口になっているのは解せない。
もっとも、非対称的日米同盟と引き替えに米国の国策に同調するという線には沿っているのかもしれない。

東京電力福島第１原発事故への対応でまたひとつ、国の対応の不備が明らかになりました。甲状腺の被ばくを抑える効果がある「安定ヨウ素剤」。原子力災害の時に配られ、若い世代の甲状腺がんを防ぐ切り札とも言われています。事故に備えて福島県や市町村に備蓄されていましたが、国の指示がなかったために、ほとんど投与されていなかった　ことがわかりました。

専門家による投与すべしの助言があったにもかかわらず、政府による投与の指示は、ピークを越えた１６日、住民が避難した後で、指示は空振り。情報伝達の不十分

命を大切にしたい、という演説をぶっていて元首相がいたが、あれはなんだったのか？

政府の危機管理体制を抜本的に見直すべきは当然として、国民がしっかり監視できるように、さらなる情報公開の徹底を求めたい。ジャーナリストも問題意識をもって、なおかつ、陰謀論に走ることなく裏をとって、頑張って欲しい。

The Home Office's ability to deport individuals who have committed crimes may be curtailed by a European court judgment banning the removal of a Nigerian man convicted of rape.

The Strasbourg court ruled that the 24-year-old man, known as AA, would have his right to family life "violated" if he was sent back to Nigeria. He lives with his mother, a nurse, in England.

Houston Sees Increase In Hate Crimes

Yondell Johnson was simply sitting at a Houston bus stop. In the blink of an eye, Johnson says he became a victim, a victim of a hate crime.

Harris county prosecutors say four self-described white supremacists brutally attacked the 29-year-old in August in downtown Houston.

“Then all of sudden four white dudes walk up to you and one called you a n―–,” said Johnson.

Yondell Johnson is not alone in Houston. Startling statistics of hate crimes from the Houston Police Department from January through August 2009 reveal there were five race-related hate crimes.

The children of Concord - those born here and those born across oceans in other cultures - do not understand.

Sixth graders at Rundlett Middle School giggled nervously yesterday as their peers talked of being called "the n-word" while playing basketball in a city park. They don't always understand the gravity or the history of the words, their teachers said, because they are too young, and come from another culture.

Tenth graders twisted their faces into scowls as they heard the stories later.

They don't understand why anyone would drive past a park and yell racial epithets and obscenities at kids, they said. They don't understand why someone would write paragraphs of hate on three homes this weekend, proclaiming the refugee residents "unwelcome" "mud people" who have brought death and crime to the city.

自分たちの言っていること、やっていることの社会的意味、重さがまだわからないため、何の気になしに、人種差別的な言葉を吐いたり、あるいは、難民について、心ないことを言ってしまう児童達。

先生が、子供達と同じ目線で、話し合いをしている姿は好感がもてる。

児童・生徒たちの虐めの問題は、目をそらさないで、積極的に取り組めば効果がある。日本でもやっている学校はあるのだろうが、そうした指導の衆知徹底を望みたい。

冤罪の疑いある死刑が執行された、その同じ日に”黒人”を殺害した”白人”至上主義者の死刑が執行された。

前者は、死刑制度反対団体が利用したが、後者には、ほぼ沈黙した。しかし、死刑制度反対ならば、後者についても注目するのが筋であるのにそうしなかったのは、いかがなものか、反対派について疑問を呈している。

これは、しかし、事情が別なのだから、それはそれで筋が通っている、と思う。
