Blood Pressure

Hi! Jun Tomioka here.

 

I went to see a doctor for my regular medical check.

I get it every three months.

 

My blood pressure tends to be high.

However, the figure was lower than usual yesterday.

It’s good for me.

 

I have been trying on a diet and I was successful

to reduce my weight 5kg.

I guess it’s the reason why my blood pressure is low.

 

I will try to keep the good condition.
