When I conducted a business training for young employees,
I lectured them about the reports to their superiors.
Their superiors expect them to learn a lot.
If they submit reports whose contents are not enough,
the superiors will be disappointed.
I suggested three points that they should write.
- What subjects they learnt.
- What they thought after the training
- How they work better by using skills they learnt.
I checked their reports. They made them well.
