2017年UCサンディエゴ卒業UC San Diego university graduation ceremony in 2017.

2017年UCサンディエゴ大学卒業式に行きました。

ダライ・ラマの基調講演があるので、特に人が多いのだそうです。

ダライ・ラマは、"中国はもっと考えて頂きたい"と話したら、中国人

学生3人が退出しました。カメラマンが追いかけて撮影していました。

娘曰く、「アメリカは多様性の国だから、あれでも良いんですよ」です

って。










生徒代表のスピーチが印象に残りました。

彼は小学2年までしか、まともに学校に行ってなくて、あとは自学で、

大学卒業の総代となり、立派でした。

卒業生とその関係者の多い中でしたが、私たち母娘の座った席は、偶然

同じ縦並び の２０席違うラインでした。

無事卒業式が終わってホッとしました。
