『8KHzの功罪 vol.8』の続きです。
1988年に発売された米Celloのオーディオ・パレットというイコライザー、
当時の価格は３００万円でした・・・
これは音場補正を目的としたものではなく
音質の調整を目的とし、
その調整ポイントは
15Hz / 120Hz / 500Hz / 2KHz / 5KHz / 25KHz
となっています。
このブログで実験してきた周波数は
30Hz / 120Hz / 315Hz / 1.6KHz / 5KHz / 8KHz
です。
とても似ていることがわかります。
15Hzと25KHzだけが大きくずれています。
オーディオパレットが発売されたのは25年も前です。
オーディオ機器の性能は現在とはずいぶん変わっています。
特に現在のスピーカーのレンジはとても広くなっていますので
その違いが、15Hzと25KHzにでているのでしょうか。
とても興味深いです。

An equalizer called the audio palette of U.S. Cello was put on the market in 1988.
The price was 3 million Japanese yen.
This is not a thing aiming at acoustic field compensation,
and aimed at adjustment of sound quality.
An adjustment point is
15Hz / 120Hz / 500Hz / 2kHz / 5kHz / 25kHz.
The frequency in which it has experimented by this blog is
30Hz / 120Hz / 315Hz / 1.6kHz / 5kHz / 8kHz.
It turns out that it is very alike.
25 kHz and 15 Hz differs.
The audio palette was put on the market 25 years ago.
An audio system differs from the present fairly.
Especially the present speaker has a very large range.
Have those differences come out in 15 Hz and 25 kHz?
It is very interesting.
