今日の弁当は烏賊煮物と卵焼きとほうれん草茸人参胡麻和えなどです。上に写っている物はデザートのカラスミです。一般にカラスミと言えばボラの卵の干物を言いますがこれは岐阜県東濃地方の郷土和菓子です。とても美味しく出来たので今日の弁当に加えました。
今天的午餐包括土匪燉菜、煎蛋和菠菜。。 上面的東西是甜點的烏鴉。 一般來說,當談到卡拉斯米時,波拉的雞蛋干是吉福縣東野地區的當地日本糖果。 味道很好,所以我今天又加了午餐。
Today's box lunch is squid cooked vegetables, an omelet and spinach mushroom carrot vegetables with sesame paste dressing. The one which comes out in the top is dried mullet roe of a dessert. When generally saying dried mullet roe, I say egg dried fish of gray mullet, but this is a hometown Japanese confection from Gifu-ken Tono area. It was very good and done, so I seasoned today's box lunch.
