割れるリビアの政権（８）
しばらくアル＝ジャジーラにアクセスできなかったので貼り付けられなかった。なぜか回復した。さて、西部のトリポリ政権が「リビアの夜明け」勢力に支えられているという話はしたが、トリポリ政権のオマル・ハーシー内閣（「救国政権」を謳っている）がエジプトの軍事介入を非難し、一般市民を狙ったテロだと非難した。国際社会と安保理にリビアへの責任を果たしてエジプトの介入を退けるよう要求。

どこまで読者がついてこれているかわからないが、というかついてこれるはずはないのだが、記録のために、西部トリポリ政権の母体となる全体国民会議（GNC）の声明をアル＝ジャジーラが細かく報じているのをメモしておく。「エジプトの空爆はリビアの主権の侵害だ」。
英語圏の報道だとこちらは無視されている。確かにGNCは期限も切れているし、昨年６月の選挙に基づいてトブルク政権ができてそちらが国際的に承認されているので、なぜ存在しているかは説明しにくい。しかしGNCの方が国内での勢力は強そうだ。そこに多くのイスラーム系勢力が加わっており、今後どういう立場をとるかわからない。対話の主体がはっきりしないのと、武器を取って意を通すことが当たり前になってしまっている。

At least seven civilians, including three children, have been killed in Egyptian air strikes in northeast Libya.
However, photos published on social media purportedly showed several damaged residential areas in Derna.
Omar al-Hassi, the head of Libya's legally installed government in Tripoli, called the Egyptian raids "terrorism" and denounced them as a "sinful aggression".
"This horrible assault and this terrorism that's been conducted by the Egyptian military represents a violation of sovereignty in Libya and is a clear breach of international law and the UN charter," Hassi said.
１７日の事件で、ちょっと遅れたが・・・・
主権侵害、市民巻き添え、というのはやはり、国際法違反だろうが、もうこうなってくると、Anything goes のような状態なのだろうか？
