There is a very big-size elevator which space is almost 4-tatami mat rooms and has 75 people can get in.
It takes many people from base floor to 24th floor in the building which has over 40th floors.
By the way there is a new skyscraper building over 40th floor in Phnom pen.
And There is only 4 elevators in the building and the each elevator has 40 buttons which indicate from base floor to 40th floor. So if you want to go the 40th floor, how much time do you spend to do it
And return to the elevator in Japan.
Because the cooler or air conditioner of the elevator perhaps does not work for saving electricity, it is very hot and feels very bad.
Off course we use it only for several tens of seconds, but we can’t put up with the time.
Now I use it early in the morning, so it is slightly better than other time.

When I was not a manager level but a player, I ccould wear the informal clothes which is chino pants and so on. And the reason why I can is that the company is in Nishshinbashi which there are many little companies in.
But now we should not wear the neck tie but we wear the pants suits in Roppongi
In the midst of all this, it is the saving for electricity.
The human relations dept. says that you should necessary were suits and wear the clothes on which you can control your body heat.
What we should wear?
Because we have had no dress code in our company since it was established.
And every people in our company have common sense, and may be able to do such as common-sense adult.
Off course no one wear aloha shirt, short pants, and beach sandals!
But if we will go to the baseball game in Jingu stadium or go to see the fireworks tonight, I think we can wear them. Is that true???
Ok it is the Yukata’s day (which is cotton kimono for summer) today , everyone should wear it !!

If it turned off the air conditioner at fixed time, the worker should be in hot and humidity in midnight
