Pale Moon - システム要件

Firefox Quantum の場合、CPU 使用率は50～80%前後。
Pale Moon の場合、CPU 使用率は10～25%前後だった。

高速化を目指すブラウザのリソースの占有ぶりは
異常と言える。改めて従来の設計思想を引き継ぐ
派生ブラウザの好ましさが思われる次第。

Pale Moon のシステム要件を参考までに示してみる。

Pale Moon x86 27.8.1
> Windows Vista*/Windows 7/8/10/Server 2008 or later
> Windows Platform Update (Vista/7) strongly recommended
> A processor with SSE2 instruction support
> 256 MB of free RAM (512 MB or more recommended)
> At least 150 MB of free (uncompressed) disk space

Pale Moon x64 27.8.1
> Windows Vista x64*, Windows 7SP1/8/8.1/10 x64, Server 2008 x64 or later
> 512 MB or more of free RAM strongly recommended
> At least 150 MB of free (uncompressed) disk space

既定のブラウザとして Pale Moon の選択は
充分、推奨に値すると思われる。
