昨日帰宅して車から降りるときに、半ドアの状態だったようで約2時間後に車を動かそうとしましたが、イグニッションキーを回してもスターターが回ってくれません
バッテリーは今年の初めに新品と交換して問題ないと思っていたのですが、テスターで電圧を測ると11.5Vしかありません
さらにスターターを回した状態では9.5Vまで下がってしまい、明らかに充電不足です
バッテリーのインディケーターも充電不足の状態を示しており、1時間後にふたたび回してみましたが変わりなし
ということでこれはスーパーマンを呼ぶしかないと思い、大使館のNさんに電話をしましたら、快くすぐにきてくれるということでゲートを開けて待つこと10分
スーパーマンがやってきました
すぐに横付けして、私が用意したバッテリーケーブルをつなぐと、一発始動です
やはり暑い国はバッテリーにとってもかなり過酷な条件のようで、ちょっと油断するとこのような目にあいます
今日はバッテリーを外して、作業場で充電してきました
Yesterday when I came back to home the door of the vehicle was not closed enough.
After 2hours when I was going to move the car the engine didn’t start.
I believed that that the battery doesn’t have a problem and further 2hours later I tried again but still not started.
I checked the voltage of the battery and it showed 11.5 volts.
When turning on the starter key it depressed to 9.5 volts.
The indicator of the battery showed “need to charge” too.
I had to ask to help to the superman and rang Mr. N of Japanese Embassy.
He kindly accepted to come soon and I opened the gate and waited him for 10minutes.
After 10 minutes the superman had come and soon I connect the cable that I prepared and engine started immediately.
In such a hot circumstance the working condition for the battery was so hard and sometimes we have such experience even by a small careless.
Today I reconnect and charged the battery in our service shop.
