ちっちゃなデジカメとケース Tiny Digital Camera with Case

1ヶ月ほど前、会社帰りに秋葉原のヨドバシカメラで小さなカメラを衝動買いしました

普通のコンパクトカメラの約半分ぐらいのサイズで、全身クロームメッキのターミネーターみたいなやつです

毎日カバンに入れて持ち歩いていますがケースが欲しくなって、今日作ってみました

皮を裁断してミシンで縫いますが、角は細工が難しいのでカットしましたら、結構上手く出来ました

小さいのでベルト通しにつけていてもまったく邪魔になりません

インドへ出張の折は、これで撮りまくってきます

About one month ago, I bought a small camera impulsively at Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara on the way to home.

It was about a half size of regular compact camera and it has the chromed body looked like the “Terminator”.

Every day I take it in my business bag without any cover and I tried to make it today.

Cutting the leather and sewed with sewing machine and cut off the corner because work of the corner was so difficult.

It is very good and small enough to set on the waist belt.

During the business trip for India, I will take many pictures with this.

有朋自遠方来不亦楽 My friend has come from far country

ソロモン諸島から友人がやってきた

2010年6月から2年間、ソロモン諸島ホニアラの国立総合病院で働いた際に、私が技術指導をした、現地の技術者である

今回はJICAがおこなう研修に参加するための来日であったが、幡ヶ谷のJICA東京を訪れると、ほかの参加者を含めて合計4名が私を待っていた

何と、バヌアツ人２名、マラウイ人1名と彼である

5人で都庁の展望台に行き、高層ビルからの眺めを体験し、ヨドバシカメラで小さな買い物をし、ここまでは彼らのUSドルで事足りたが、ランチとそのあと新橋経由でゆりかもめの日の出桟橋から水上バスで浅草、そして地下鉄で幡ヶ谷に戻るまでの電車賃が予定外の出費であったが、楽しいひとときであった

 

 

My friend has come from Solomon Islands.

He is a technician working for the National Referral Hospital that I had worked there together.

This time, he has come to attend the training course which will be held by JICA for three months.

When I visited JICA Tokyo, surprisingly three other people had waited for me.

Two from Banuatu, one from Malaui and him.

We climbed the observation floor of the Metropolitan Office Building and went shopping for small electronic apparatus.

But they didn’t have Japanese Yen and it was unexpected expenses for the traveling around Tokyo and lunch.

But we could enjoy the Tokyo observation.

仕事でインド Business trip for India

9月１日から仕事で1週間インドへ行くことになりました

目的地はチェンナイ、以前はマドラスと言われた南部の港町です

ここに日本政府の援助で小児病院を建築しますが、そこに入る機材の最終打ち合わせです

本来私が関わった仕事ではありませんが、機材の仕様を最終的に確認して合意を取り付ける仕事で、私にとっては難しい仕事ではなさそうです

初めてインドへ行きますが、考えようによってはラッキーかもしれません

I will visit India for one week from the 1st of September.

The destination is Chennai the port city which used to be called Madras ever.

The children's hospital will be renewed by Japanese grant and this time I will visit for the final agreement of donated equipment.

This issue was not my job but it will be not difficult for me.

It is the first time for me and it may be luckey for me.
