ヤキトリ  Yakitori

今日で幼稚園の壁画が完成です

午前中からJOCVの諸君が5人がかりで仕上げをしていました

私は例によって差し入れですが、夕方終了時刻を見計らってヤキトリを焼いて、缶ビールと一緒に持参しました

午前中に市場に行ったときに偶然太めのネギを発見してヤキトリを思いつきました

ネギ鶏の胸肉を交互に串に刺して、塩コショウをふりかけ、オーブンで約20分かけて焼くと、肉の油がほとんど溶け落ちてヘルシーなヤキトリができます

 

 

 

 

The wall painting of the kinder garden was accomplished today.

From the morning five JOCVs had been working for the finishing.

I supported from the side line as usual and brought yakitori with canned beer for them considering the finishing time in the late afternoon.

When I went to the market this morning I found some long onions of little bigger and I had hit upon the yakitori.

Skewering the cut long onion and the chicken breast meat alternatively and sprinkled the pepper with salt on it and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Most of the fat of the meat had melted out and it became very healthy yakitori.
