昨日は仕事始めで出勤しましたが、私の所属先は誰も出勤せず、間違えたかと思いましたが、隣のカーペンターやエレクトリシャンは出勤しています
何故か新聞に公休日と書いてあったとかで、出勤しない人が多かったようです
しかし、ＩＴセクションも人がおらずサーバーの電源が切れたままで、インターネットもつながりません
さらに帰宅したら停電で家のネットも使えないというわけで、昨日は更新できませんでした
昨日は２名のＪＯＣＶが任期を終えて帰国するため、昼から空港に見送りに行きました
しかし搭乗予定の飛行機がエンジントラブルでブリスベンに引き返したため、４時間遅れて出発になったため、途中の乗り継ぎに間に合わず、おそらくブリスベンで一泊せざるを得ないことになりそうです
新年早々ソロモンらしいトラブルでした
Yesterday I went to work but nobody had come to my office.
I thought that I had misunderstood but neighbor office of carpenters and electlicians were working.
Unbelievablly Solomon Star the only one newspaper wrote it was the public holiday that many people didn't work.
Also the people of the IT section of the ministry of health didn't work and the internet server had broken down.
And after went back home, it was the electrisity break down and I couldn't update my blog.
Yesterday two Japanese volunteer had finished their term and went back to Japan.
We most of volunteers went to the airport to see them off in the afternoon.
However the aircraft which they will board had turned back to Brisbane due to the engine trouble and their departure had delayed for 4hours.
They had to change the line two times in Australia but it was impossible.
They must be stay for one night at Brisbane or Sydney.
It was the trouble as worthy of Solomon Islands.
