鶏唐揚げ弁当   Fried Chiken Lunch

昨夜はタイガーと鶏の唐揚げを食べました
醤油とみりんにおろしニンニクを加えたタレに1時間ほど漬けた鶏肉に、片栗粉をまぶして小さな鍋で揚げます
底が小さい鍋だと、油が少なくてすみますが、同時にたくさん揚げられないのが欠点
でも少量の料理にはこれが一番です
使った油は新聞紙に吸わせて燃えるごみに分別し、後日庭のドラム缶で燃やします
とても美味しくできあがり、タイガーと食べても一人分ぐらい余ったので、今日はお弁当を作りました

Last night, I had the fried chicken for a dinner with Tiger.
Putting into the sauce which is blended with the soy sauce, sweet sake and a little minced garlic for about one hour and sprinkle the starch all over the meat and after then fried in a small pan.
The small bottom pan is good for small volume cooking because it consumes a little oil but not good for the much volume of cooking.
After cooking the oil could be absorbed into the newspaper and I can dispose or burn in the drum at my garden.
It was very delicious and after eating with Tiger some of them remained and I put them in the lunch container and brought to the office today.
