Countries with abysmal evil and plausible lies lie about their own reality.
In other words, they keep the actual situation of their country secret.
Newspaper companies such as the Asahi Shimbun, etc., TV media companies such as NHK, and opposition politicians, so-called human rights lawyers, and citizen groups that have communicated with South Korea continue to hide the reality of South Korea.

A personality disorder is four times that of Europe and the US

以下は本物のジャーナリストであり最高の韓国通の一人でもある室谷克実氏の著作「反日種族の常識」からである。
日本国民のみならず世界中の人達が必読の書である。
私と同様に、世界中の人達も初めて知る韓国の実態を明らかにした本である。
底しれぬ悪とまことしやかな嘘の国々は、自国の実態についても嘘をつく。
つまり自国の実態については隠し通す。
韓国と通じてきた朝日新聞等の新聞会社やNHK等のテレビメディア会社、野党の政治屋、所謂人権派弁護士、及び市民団体等は、この真実の本が明らかにしている韓国の実態を隠し続けてきたのである。
以下は前章の続きである。
なぜ永遠に「謝罪」を要求するのか　
だからスポーツ競技でも、どこまでも勝敗に拘る。
フェアプレー精神がない。　
国内の中高校生の大会ですら、父兄やコーチによる審判買収がある。
彼らは、どんな汚い手を使っても勝てばいいと思っている。　
韓国人はいつの頃からか、そんな精神文化のなかで育ってきた。
おそらく、朱子学に染まり切った歴史が影響しているのだろう。　
「非を認めること」は、韓国人とすれば「負けること」に他ならない。
だから、彼らは「素直に謝る」ことができない。　
非を認めて素直に謝れば、周囲はそれで何事もなかったかのように扱ってくれるのが日本社会だ。
しかし、韓国は違う。　
謝罪したら最後、徹底的に追い込まれる。
朴槿恵前大統領がその良い例だ。　
そういう精神文化のなかにいるから、自分は謝罪しないが、相手にはしつこく謝罪を要求する。
韓国人は、白分たちの精神文化（彼らの言葉では「道徳性」となる）は優れていると思い込んでいる。
物質的な意味での先進国はみな同じような精神文化だが、自分たちの道徳性には劣ると韓国人は信じている。　
だから韓国人の口からは、「日本に対して道徳的優位にある我々は……」といった言葉が当たり前のように発せられるのだ。　
夜郎自大の国というか、国民的な大誤解を抱えていると言える。　
慰安婦問題、いわゆる徴用工問題で、いつまで経っても「謝罪」を要求するのは、そうした独善的な精神文化によるところが大きい。　
それだから、日本ごときの「道徳的に遅れた国」が謝罪しても認めない。
いつまで経っても、「誠意ある謝罪ではないからダメだ」となる。
もう付き合いきれない反日種族だ。　
加害者から被害者にすり替わる特技　
泥棒族の話に戻れば、非を認めず、したがって謝罪もしたくないから、「お前こそ、前に俺の物を盜んだじゃないか」と言い返すのだ。これで相手を面食らわせる。
そして、「お‐前こそ……」と声を張り上げることで、泥棒をしたところを見付けられてしまった弱い立場から、「お前がしたから、こちらもしたのだ」という“対等の立場”になって開き直る。
主張の論理性よりも、声が大きいほうが勝つ。
俗にいう「韓国の声闘文化」だ。
「レーダー照射を受けた」と、日本側が再発防止を求めた（誤解している人が多いが、日本は謝罪を要求しなかった）のに対して、韓国国防省は当初、「わが軍は正常的な作戦活動中たった。作戦活動の際にレーダーを運用したが、日本の海上哨戒機を追跡する目的で運用した事実はない」（聯合ニュース18年12月21日）と述べた。　　
つまり、レーダーを照射した事実は認めていた。
泥棒族でいえば「借りただけ」と、犯意を否定したわけだ。　　
この時点で、国防省が「正常な作戦活動中」として「北朝鮮の遭難船の救助活動に当たっていた」と言わなかったのはなぜか。
私は見逃せないポイントだと思う。　
その後、韓国国防省の弁明は「レーダー照射はしていなかった」となり、日本側が証拠映像を公表するや逆切れして、［お前こそ低空で威嚇飛行をした。謝罪しろ］と出てきた。　
まさに「泥棒と言われたら……」の処世訓どおり、質悪の泥棒族の対応になった。　
レーダー照射をした加害者が、威嚇飛行をされた被害者に変わったのだ。
加害者から被害者への変わり身の早さは韓国人の特技だ。

韓国の政権は、そうした集団に対して国民交渉術を駆使して世論をつくる。

人格障害は欧米の４倍　
どこの国でも同じようなものだろうが、マスコミとは、ある時は大騒ぎするが、しばらくすると事態が解決したわけでもないのに、すっかり忘れてしまう。
憤怒調節障害も2015年は大騒ぎしたが、最近は直接言及した記事をほとんど見かけないようになった。　
同様に一時、大騒ぎしたが、すぐに忘れられてしまった「精神衛生上の問題点」がある。
人格障害の問題だ。
「20歳の男性の45％が対人関係障害の可能性。この数値は、米国やヨーロッパなど先進国の平均11～18％に比べて、２・５～４倍に達する」（東亜日報03年２月10日）とは、あまりにも衝撃的だ。　
「ソウル大学医学部精神科研究チームが、兵務庁で身体検査を受けた20歳の男性5971peopleを調べた」結果だという。
―研究チームは今回の調査で、12種類に分けて人格障害の有無を測定した結果、―種類以上の人格障害があると疑われる大が71・２％に達した、と発表した。
―具体的には、自分にこだわり過ぎて対人関係が円満でない「強迫性」（49・４％）、合理的な問題解決や人とのかかわりを避ける「回避性」（34・７％）、egoisticで些細なことにも必要以上に反応し気まぐれな「ヒステリー性」（25・６％）、絶えず他人を疑う「偏執性」（22・６％）の順で多かった。
―各国の社会文化的背景によって人格障害が疑われる基準点が異なるため、それを考慮して、基準点を高めて分析した場合にも、他国より人格障害可能性の比率がずっと高い。　
おそらく、いくつかの障害を併せ持つ人の比率が45％という数字なのだろう。　
分類項目に「ヒステリー性」があるところを見ると、この調査では憤怒調節障害も人格障害のなかに含めているのかもしれない。　
いずれにせよ「これは見過ごせない問題」と私は思ったが、韓国社会は見過ごした。　
兵士の２割がリスク群　　　　　　　　
それから10年余、最前線の哨所で１人の兵士が上官・同僚に手榴弾を投げつけ、銃を乱射して脱走する事件が起きた。　
爆発音を聞くや、陸軍中尉の哨所長が部下を見捨てて真っ先に逃げたことはさておき、この事件を総括する形で兵務庁が国会に提出した資料をまとめたのが、「兵士全体の10％は精神面に不安抱える『関心兵士』」（朝鮮日報且年６月24日）という見出しの記事だ。
要点を列挙する
。―兵務庁は徴兵検査対象者全員の人格検査を実施している。一次検査で異常が認められた者は、臨床心理士による個別面談など二次検査を受ける。
―12年には二次検査で異常が認められた者のうち85％が入隊可能との判断を受け、兵役に就いた。背景には少子化による兵役対象者の不足、兵役期間短縮などがある。
―軍での生活に適応できないか、事故を起こす可能性があるために「関心兵士」に分類された兵士は、比較的程度が軽いＣ等級も加えると、全体の20％に達する。
―陸海空軍の「関心兵士」のうち高リスク群に相当するＡ等級は兵士全体の3.6％の約１万7000人。Ｂ等級まで含めると、その割合は10％前後。陸軍だけで約４万人に達する。
「韓国軍って大丈夫なの」と尋ねたくもなるが、徴兵制がある国では、兵士の内容分析（コンテントアナリシス）は、はぼ国民の内容分析にもなる。
だから「韓国（人）って大丈夫なの」とならざるを得ない。　
成人の1割が治療を要する憤怒調節障害であり、20歳男子では45％に対人関係障害がある。　
韓国の政権は、そうした集団に対して国民交渉術を駆使して世論をつくる。
そこに”大声こそ正義なり”の声闘文化が作用する。
「対日憤怒」がたちまち燃え上がるのも当然だ。　
いや、その前に、政権や軍、あるいは政界やマスコミ界の上層部には、憤怒調節障害を患っている人間がいないのか。
いないはずはない。
