‶働く人求む” 日本農業 <12/11>

‟働く人求む”と、日本の農業が呼びかける、企業や外国人にも。
高齢化もあり、農業者の不足に悩む日本農業。
政府は、（特区）「特別戦略区」をつくり、企業や外国人にも、農業ができるように法改正を急ぐ。
来年の通常国会に法案を提出予定で、来年度の終わりにも最初の特別区が指定されることになりそう。
チトのんびりしすぎの感もあるが、、、。
今日月曜日にも安倍首相の下の「戦略会議」で、現行法を改正する道がひかれることになりそう。
・・・・農業改革は、微に入り細に入り、農協という圧力団体の力で、骨抜きになりかねない。
「改革担当」の自民党のあの小泉坊ちゃんでもネを上げたといわれる。
今回の特区設置にも、細かな条件、たとえば、特定の外国で経験５年以上の人、日本語が話せること、などがあるそうだ。

・・・・昨日も、市社会福祉協議会のバザーが市内全域で行われたが、野菜は、すぐに売り切れた。

Japan farms to put up 'help wanted' sign

Japan is set to allow some foreigners to work on farms in certain special strategic zones. The move would pave the way for agricultural production corporations to directly hire foreigners.

The government is set to submit a revised national strategic special zone law to next year's regular Diet session. Hopes are for the first special farm zone to be designated by the end of the next fiscal year.

The move to revise the law will get the nod on Monday, when the national strategic special zone council, chaired by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, meets. Accepting foreign farmers has been proposed by the village of Ogata, in Akita Prefecture, as well as by the prefectures of Nagasaki, Ibaraki and Aichi.

<12/9> １２/7 (水) 輸出車の移動　無人カーでなるほど、こういう利用法があったのだ、、。
話題のセルフドライブの（EV)車、実用化に誰がどのように使うのか、と思ってもいたが、、。
何万台？もの輸出車を、運転手が代わる代わる見事に、船に積み込む映像をテレビで見たことがあるが、、。
日産は、自社の輸出車を乗せて、専用の埠頭まで運ぶ車に、その自動運転車を開発・導入した。
まだ、３台しか載せられず、船内まではムリのようだが、工場から埠頭まで1・4キロを走行。
今後は、船内まで、自動で入り込む機能を開発する、としている。
・・・と、ここまで書いてフト思った、自動運転車自体に、船内まで自動で走らせることは、できないのかと、、、。
トホホ、、それが本当の、　IoT 【 Internet of Things 】。

現在禁止している「賭博」行為を、場所を決めて解除する法案。
唐突な審議再開やあまりにも短い審議時間だったこともあり、国民の過半数が「反対」と、新聞4大紙のすべての世論調査で。
朝日新聞では57％が反対。
マカオ、シンガポール、また、オーストラリアなど世界の120の国にはあるようだが、、。
日本に根づくかね、、、。

Survey: 57% oppose lifting ban on casinos
Fifty-seven percent of respondents opposed lifting a ban on casinos while 34 percent supported it, according to a Yomiuri Shimbun survey conducted from Friday through Sunday.

The Liberal Democratic Party, Nippon Ishin no Kai and other parties are seeking the enactment of a bill during the current Diet session to lift the ban on casinos.

In a similar survey conducted in October 2014, 63 percent were against lifting the casino ban and 24 percent were for it.

Ex-PM Noda airs concern over Abe's approach to Russia
Former Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda expressed concern Sunday over Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's negotiations with Russia for a postwar peace treaty, saying Moscow is unlikely to be very flexible.


Speaking to reporters in Ishikawa Prefecture in central Japan, Noda, secretary of general of the main opposition Democratic Party, said, "We should avoid being too eager (to resolve the peace treaty issue) and allow only Russia to gain benefits from economic cooperation (with Japan)."

The Abe government is keen to achieve a breakthrough in the longstanding dispute over Russian-held, Japanese-claimed islands off Hokkaido which has prevented the two countries from concluding a post-World War II peace treaty.

妊婦の血液はイギリスに送られ検査されるとの宣伝だが、そうした医療機関は、現在のところ、国内の７４施設に限られている。
「夫婦のカウンセリング、妊婦の３５歳以上」の受診要件があるようだ。

New prenatal test raises concerns of misuse
A private organization in Tokyo and a hospital in Osaka are providing a new type of prenatal test to detect chromosomal disorders without the approval of relevant scientific institutes.

Some of the tests being conducted by the organization and hospital deviate from institutional guidelines. Concerns have been raised about the unchecked expansion of the tests because their results could lead to decisions to terminate pregnancies.

Under guidelines set by the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the testing is limited to three disorders resulting from chromosomal abnormalities, including Down syndrome. The target group for testing is pregnant women aged 35 and older, among whom there is a relatively high rate of giving birth to children ～.

味噌汁こそ　料理の原点

香りといい、食感といい、一杯のみそ汁こそ、最高の食品。
豆腐、ワカメ、大根、それに油揚げなど、良く知られた材料を入れるだけで、最高の逸品。
それに、おにぎりでも加われば、最高の健康食、と、辻・料理長。
「‶豪華な食事こそ”との、固定した考えを打ち破れ」とも。
漬物も加わり、‟一汁一菜”の、こだわる、年中をとおした栄養も十分な「定食」こそ健康の源。
野菜、キノコ、海藻、豆類、豆腐、あぶらあげ、ベーコン、ハム、卵、
それに加えて、ニボシなども。
また、残り物にひと手間かけて、油でいためたものも、つけ加えるなど。
・・・・・少なくとも朝食は、味噌汁のような、同じものを食べ続けてきた日本人。
その味も季節によって、旬の食材で変化をもたせ、家族で食卓を囲んだ。
いまや、日本食は世界に広まり、日本人は世界一の長寿国に。
Japanese  Miso-soup:シンプルそうだが、中身は豊富、潤沢、豪華、自然の恵みを体の中に摂り入れた　Japanese Foodnの原点。
糖尿病や成人病の予防法は、家庭での食事が一番、と、聞いたことがある。

この１年、健康で、楽しい日々だった、、。
（私は何もしないので）、妻のつくってくれる日々の食に感謝して、今年のブログの最後とします。

JAPANESE HOME COOKING: Think outside the box and stay
healthy with miso soup
An infinite world of flavor and texture can be found in a bowl of seemingly simple miso soup.

Cooking expert Yoshiharu Doi suggests going beyond the popular ingredients for miso soup, including tofu, “wakame” seaweed, daikon and “aburaage” (thin slice of deep-fried tofu).

“Actually, you can put in anything,” says Doi, who teaches uncomplicated home cooking on television and other media. “A bowl of ingredient-rich miso soup and a serving of rice is quite enough.

He even suggests mixing in (and eating) calcium-packed “niboshi” (dried small sardines), which is usually used to give extra flavor to dashi stock. One possible combination could be leftover deep-fried chicken, broccoli, onion, shiitake mushroom and niboshi.

トランプ次期アメリカ大統領は、就任前にすでに世界の注目を集める。
「これまでの‟台湾を中国の下の一国”」との、立場をとる必要はない、との発言に中国は「重大な関心」を表明。
米国に、これまでの「中国は一つ」との政策を、十分に理解するよう、米政府に要求する、との国務省発表。
トランプ氏の「one-China policy 」は理解できるが、貿易を含む他の件で同政策に縛られなければならないのか」、との言葉に神経をとがらせた中国。
東シナ海などアジア地域での現在の中国の政策に疑問を持つトランプ氏。
来年１月の就任を待たずに、すでに世界の‶大物”になりつつある。

China voices "serious concern" over Trump's view on Taiwan
China expressed Monday "serious concern" about U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's remarks suggesting that the United States need not adhere to its long-held position on the status of Taiwan under his incoming administration.

"We urge the new U.S. administration and leaders to fully understand that the Taiwan issue is highly sensitive and stick to the one-China policy," Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told a regular press briefing.

His remarks came after Trump questioned Sunday in an interview with a U.S. news channel whether Washington should continue to recognize Taiwan as part of "one China."

飲み会は　‟社内の居酒屋”で

会社帰りに近くの居酒屋で、「チョット一杯」も様変わり？
会社によれば、社内の建物の中に‟居酒屋”を設けているところが多くなり出した。
「飲みニュケーション」も様変わり、というわけ。
会社が、飲み代を補助する企業もアルし、取引先の客と一杯もOK。
仕事の続きに、「他の部署の仲間と」も、簡単に集合できるし、なにより、閉店時間が８時頃となっているところが多く「なにかと好都合」。
「プレミアム・フライデー」など、何とか早く帰宅させようとのムダ？な企画が、これで「一石二鳥」というわけ。

・・・日本人サラリーマンの「文化」も新しい展開へ。
社内での終業後の「飲み会」は、あの世界企業「京セラ」は、ずっと以前から‶社是”の一つともなっていると聞く、創業者の稲盛和夫氏は、こういうところにも「先見の明」があった？

Workplaces put new twist on after-hours ‘nomi-nication’
For some company employees, a night out with colleagues has taken a new twist, making it different from their parents’ generation.

More companies have been taking an active role in promoting the long-established concept of “nomi-nication,” the process of people getting to know each other better in a relaxed setting through drinking together. The term combines the Japanese word ‘nomu,’ meaning to drink, and communication.

Some companies nowadays have even been subsidizing bar bills, while one has established its own izakaya in the office.

タクシー初乗り　距離も値も「下げ」へ

タクシンーの短距離運賃が、来年1月30日から値下げへ。
高齢者の需要で始まった、東京都内の「チョイ乗り」タクシー。
現在の「２キロ・700～730円」から、「1,052キロ・380円～410円」へ。
しかし今回、さらなる「短距離の需要」の要請を受けたもの。
お年寄りや歩行の不自由な人、さらには、外国人観光客に利用を目論む。
運輸省は「一層の利用促進をはかりたい」としている。
都内の約40,000台のタクシーや近隣の武蔵野、三鷹地区にも「適用」。
・・・・確かに、移動の自由というほどでもないが、ほんの数百メートルを「歩けず」にコマル人たちがいる。
敬老会の会場への送迎、それに、近所の人たちとの飲み会会場の選定、いずれも、日ごろ経験しているところだ、、。
歩けるうちは、ドンドン歩こう、、、？
・・・・
一方、日本一安い90円がついに「大台」の100円に――。北大阪急行電鉄（大阪府豊中市）は、来春からの初乗り運賃の値上げを国土交通省に申請、初の３桁になるが、日本一の座は変わらない見通し。

 

Tokyo cabs slash starting fares to entice more short trippers
The starting fare for taxis in central Tokyo is to be cut to encourage people to take more short rides, but the pricing shake-up will also mean higher charges for longer journeys.

The transport ministry announced Dec. 20 that it has approved the application submitted by taxi companies to change the price settings, which will take effect from Jan. 30, 2017.

Current pricing for Tokyo taxis ranges from 700 yen ($5.90) to 730 yen for the first two kilometers.

The new price setting will see both starting fare and distance halved to between 380 yen and 410 yen for the first 1.052 kilometers.

安倍首相の地元、山口県長門市での、プーチン・安倍会談が今日行われる。
明日金曜日との２日間、何を話す？
領土問題に決着のつく平和条約の交渉？
16回目ともなる両者の会談も、やはり、「北方領土返還はならず」らしい。
「これまでより、両者の関係改善は進展」「経済の結びつきは緊密に！」
トランプ大統領との良好な関係が言われるプーチン氏、日本はそれほど重要ではなくなった？
それとも、「北方領土が豊かになれば、永久に返せなくなる」？

Abe, Putin to meet in Nagato

Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Japan on Thursday for summit talks with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. They will meet in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in western Japan, in the afternoon and in Tokyo on Friday.

Abe hopes the talks will help advance negotiations on signing a peace treaty, including settling the territorial dispute over Russian-held islands, claimed by Japan as its Northern Territories.

Japan insists the 4 islands are an inherent part of its territory and that they were illegally occupied by the former Soviet Union after World War Two.

Thursday's talks will be the 16th summit between Abe and Putin, and the 4th this year.

家計簿代わりに　スマートホン

スマホが主婦の間にも普及はじめ、家計簿代わりにつかわれている。
スーパーなどでの領収書をアプにかざして記録すれば、家計簿代わりに、というわけ。
食糧費やその他の商品の買い物も分類して入力、もちろん無料。
また、ただ記録するだけではなく、有料にはなるが、家族構成などのモデルから家計診断までも受けることも可能、
買った食品を使っての料理のレシピまでも案内してくれることも。
もちろん、銀行の口座と連動しての支払いも可能。
毎日の家事や家計に、いかにして助けとなるか、忙しい主婦の皆さん方に「女性の活躍する社会つくり」は、ここでも？
・・・・イエ、別に皮肉では、ございません、、ハイ。

Data entry has become so simple with these apps that scanning receipts is a standard function offered for free, helping users review their family budgets. 味噌汁こそ 料理の原点

香りといい、食感といい、一杯のみそ汁こそ、最高の食品。
豆腐、ワカメ、大根、それに油揚げなど、良く知られた材料を入れるだけで、最高の逸品。
それに、おにぎりでも加われば、最高の健康食、と、辻・料理長。
「‶豪華な食事こそ”との、固定した考えを打ち破れ」とも。
漬物も加わり、‟一汁一菜”の、こだわる、年中をとおした栄養も十分な「定食」こそ健康の源。
野菜、キノコ、海藻、豆類、豆腐、あぶらあげ、ベーコン、ハム、卵、
それに加えて、ニボシなども。
また、残り物にひと手間かけて、油でいためたものも、つけ加えるなど。
・・・・・少なくとも朝食は、味噌汁のような、同じものを食べ続けてきた日本人。
その味も季節によって、旬の食材で変化をもたせ、家族で食卓を囲んだ。
いまや、日本食は世界に広まり、日本人は世界一の長寿国に。
Japanese  Miso-soup:シンプルそうだが、中身は豊富、潤沢、豪華、自然の恵みを体の中に摂り入れた　Japanese Foodnの原点。
糖尿病や成人病の予防法は、家庭での食事が一番、と、聞いたことがある。

この１年、健康で、楽しい日々だった、、。
（私は何もしないので）、妻のつくってくれる日々の食に感謝して、今年のブログの最後とします。

An infinite world of flavor and texture can be found in a bowl of seemingly simple miso soup.

Cooking expert Yoshiharu Doi suggests going beyond the popular ingredients for miso soup, including tofu, “wakame” seaweed, daikon and “aburaage” (thin slice of deep-fried tofu).

“Actually, you can put in anything,” says Doi, who teaches uncomplicated home cooking on television and other media. “A bowl of ingredient-rich miso soup and a serving of rice is quite enough.

He even suggests mixing in (and eating) calcium-packed “niboshi” (dried small sardines), which is usually used to give extra flavor to dashi stock. One possible combination could be leftover deep-fried chicken, broccoli, onion, shiitake mushroom and niboshi.

2016年12月13日(火)台湾・中国分断へ トランプ・カード？

トランプ次期アメリカ大統領は、就任前にすでに世界の注目を集める。
「これまでの‟台湾を中国の下の一国”」との、立場をとる必要はない、との発言に中国は「重大な関心」を表明。
米国に、これまでの「中国は一つ」との政策を、十分に理解するよう、米政府に要求する、との国務省発表。
トランプ氏の「one-China policy 」は理解できるが、貿易を含む他の件で同政策に縛られなければならないのか」、との言葉に神経をとがらせた中国。
東シナ海などアジア地域での現在の中国の政策に疑問を持つトランプ氏。
来年１月の就任を待たずに、すでに世界の‶大物”になりつつある。

China voices "serious concern" over Trump's view on Taiwan
China expressed Monday "serious concern" about U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's remarks suggesting that the United States need not adhere to its long-held position on the status of Taiwan under his incoming administration.

"We urge the new U.S. administration and leaders to fully understand that the Taiwan issue is highly sensitive and stick to the one-China policy," Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told a regular press briefing.

His remarks came after Trump questioned Sunday in an interview with a U.S. news channel whether Washington should continue to recognize Taiwan as part of "one China."

飲み会は ‟社内の居酒屋”で

会社帰りに近くの居酒屋で、「チョット一杯」も様変わり？
会社によれば、社内の建物の中に‟居酒屋”を設けているところが多くなり出した。
「飲みニュケーション」も様変わり、というわけ。
会社が、飲み代を補助する企業もアルし、取引先の客と一杯もOK。
仕事の続きに、「他の部署の仲間と」も、簡単に集合できるし、なにより、閉店時間が８時頃となっているところが多く「なにかと好都合」。
「プレミアム・フライデー」など、何とか早く帰宅させようとのムダ？な企画が、これで「一石二鳥」というわけ。

・・・日本人サラリーマンの「文化」も新しい展開へ。
社内での終業後の「飲み会」は、あの世界企業「京セラ」は、ずっと以前から‶社是”の一つともなっていると聞く、創業者の稲盛和夫氏は、こういうところにも「先見の明」があった？

Workplaces put new twist on after-hours ‘nomi-nication’
For some company employees, a night out with colleagues has taken a new twist, making it different from their parents’ generation.

More companies have been taking an active role in promoting the long-established concept of “nomi-nication,” the process of people getting to know each other better in a relaxed setting through drinking together. The term combines the Japanese word ‘nomu,’ meaning to drink, and communication.

Some companies nowadays have even been subsidizing bar bills, while one has established its own izakaya in the office.

タクシー初乗り 距離も値も「下げ」へ

タクシンーの短距離運賃が、来年1月30日から値下げへ。
高齢者の需要で始まった、東京都内の「チョイ乗り」タクシー。
現在の「２キロ・700～730円」から、「1,052キロ・380円～410円」へ。
しかし今回、さらなる「短距離の需要」の要請を受けたもの。
お年寄りや歩行の不自由な人、さらには、外国人観光客に利用を目論む。
運輸省は「一層の利用促進をはかりたい」としている。
都内の約40,000台のタクシーや近隣の武蔵野、三鷹地区にも「適用」。
・・・・確かに、移動の自由というほどでもないが、ほんの数百メートルを「歩けず」にコマル人たちがいる。
敬老会の会場への送迎、それに、近所の人たちとの飲み会会場の選定、いずれも、日ごろ経験しているところだ、、。
歩けるうちは、ドンドン歩こう、、、？

一方、日本一安い90円がついに「大台」の100円に――。北大阪急行電鉄（大阪府豊中市）は、来春からの初乗り運賃の値上げを国土交通省に申請、初の３桁になるが、日本一の座は変わらない見通し。

 

Tokyo cabs slash starting fares to entice more short trippers
The starting fare for taxis in central Tokyo is to be cut to encourage people to take more short rides, but the pricing shake-up will also mean higher charges for longer journeys.

The transport ministry announced Dec. 20 that it has approved the application submitted by taxi companies to change the price settings, which will take effect from Jan. 30, 2017.

Current pricing for Tokyo taxis ranges from 700 yen ($5.90) to 730 yen for the first two kilometers.

The new price setting will see both starting fare and distance halved to between 380 yen and 410 yen for the first 1.052 kilometers.

安倍首相の地元、山口県長門市での、プーチン・安倍会談が今日行われる。
明日金曜日との２日間、何を話す？
領土問題に決着のつく平和条約の交渉？
16回目ともなる両者の会談も、やはり、「北方領土返還はならず」らしい。
「これまでより、両者の関係改善は進展」「経済の結びつきは緊密に！」
トランプ大統領との良好な関係が言われるプーチン氏、日本はそれほど重要ではなくなった？
それとも、「北方領土が豊かになれば、永久に返せなくなる」？

Abe, Putin to meet in Nagato

Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Japan on Thursday for summit talks with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. They will meet in Nagato City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in western Japan, in the afternoon and in Tokyo on Friday.

Abe hopes the talks will help advance negotiations on signing a peace treaty, including settling the territorial dispute over Russian-held islands, claimed by Japan as its Northern Territories.

Japan insists the 4 islands are an inherent part of its territory and that they were illegally occupied by the former Soviet Union after World War Two.

Thursday's talks will be the 16th summit between Abe and Putin, and the 4th this year.

家計簿代わりに スマートホン

スマホが主婦の間にも普及はじめ、家計簿代わりにつかわれている。
スーパーなどでの領収書をアプにかざして記録すれば、家計簿代わりに、というわけ。
食糧費やその他の商品の買い物も分類して入力、もちろん無料。
また、ただ記録するだけではなく、有料にはなるが、家族構成などのモデルから家計診断までも受けることも可能、
買った食品を使っての料理のレシピまでも案内してくれることも。
もちろん、銀行の口座と連動しての支払いも可能。
毎日の家事や家計に、いかにして助けとなるか、忙しい主婦の皆さん方に「女性の活躍する社会つくり」は、ここでも？
・・・・イエ、別に皮肉では、ございません、、ハイ。

Data entry has become so simple with these apps that scanning receipts is a standard function offered for free, helping users review their family budgets.
