お金持ち 年金を辞退して

あの小泉進次郎氏が、経団連の幹部たちに「（皆さん方は）年金を受けるのを辞退したら」と、訴えた。
「十分なお金があるのだから、、」と。
「保育の無料化や就学前の子供たちの教育費予算の充実のための財源に」と。
元首相の息子とあって、何かと注目を浴びる同氏だが、この提案、注目されていい。
期待される金額は、その額は、国家予算としては予測しがたく「不安定でわずか」だろうが、メッセージは大きい。
年金返上後に生活が苦しくなったら、申告すれば年金給付金を戻せる仕組みや、返上者には大臣表彰や叙勲などをする案もあげている。

・・・・個人の「善意」に訴えるのも賛成だが、社会保障の仕組みの中に、「祖父母の世代が孫の世代の成長を社会全体で援助する」ような、制度があってもいいのでは、、。
その孫が成長し、金持ちになれば、それを繰り返す、、、日本の美風？
・・・・グローバル社会の進展で、カネモチは「より裕福に」、貧しい者は「次第に貧しく」なる社会が定着するようであっては困るのは、確か。
・・・いつまでも、「経済成長第一」が、政権の最優先課題というのも気にはなる、、、、。

・・・・もっとも、返上するほどの年金をもらっていない身には気は楽だが、、！？。




Koizumi Jr. urges the rich to forgo pensions to benefit kids
The popular son of former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and a rising star in the Liberal Democratic Party has begun calling on the wealthy to renounce their national pensions as a source for funding preschool education.

But it remains to be seen if affluent members of society would willingly contribute to such a program.

Lower House member Shinjiro Koizumi, 36, has proposed a "child insurance" program to fund free preschool education by tacking on premiums to social security payments. In addition, he is now asking successful company owners to forgo their public pensions.

民進党の選挙戦が始まっている、らしい、、？
国政の野党第一党での党首を決める、ことになっている、一応、、。
かって、政権を取っていた党、そんなに昔ではない。
党首選挙によって、党の活性化を招きたいとの「党内事情」による選挙。
自民党に代わる政党？、もっと議席を増やしてから言って欲しい、が国民の声では、、。
「理念が一致する野党とは、統一しない」などと、政治学の理屈を言っている場合か。

選挙人が「党の理念」や「理屈」で投票なんてしていないのは、都知事選で明らか。
そんなことは、自民党と議席数が拮抗してから議論して！
前原、枝野の両氏の話し合いで、自民党に対抗できる候補を1人に絞れないような野党政党に、自民党に代わって欲しいと思う人は、いるの？
民進党の党員だけ、、、。

Democratic Party leadership election underway
The 2 candidates for the leadership of Japan's main opposition Democratic Party have begun their election campaigns. Attention is focused on whether they can demonstrate viable alternative policies to those of the administration of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and help rebuild the party.

一瞬の夢 一瞬の悪夢

甲子園の高校野球、一昨日の「仙台育英ー大阪桐蔭」戦。
9回裏に「一瞬のドラマ」を見た。
プロ野球とは別の「野球」が存在することを感じた。
例年よりもホームランの多く出る今年、なんとなく気になって、9回からの攻防をテレビで見た。
大阪桐蔭の1塁手が、前日に足をスパイクされていたという事実や、仙台育英の9回裏の活躍した選手の数人が点滴を打って、出場していたこと。
仙台育英の監督が試合後のインタビューで（あがってしまって？）「私は、何を言っているんですかね」と答えたこと。
“たかが野球”が、“されど野球″を、見せてくれた。
夏の甲子園の高校野球は、「“ふるさと”を離れて」、同時に「“ふるさと"を思い」声援を送れるのが魅力。
・・・・・残るのは、女神に恵まれた、ただ一つのチーム。

終戦を迎えた8月、祖先たちを墓に出向き、我が家に迎えた「お盆」のある8月。
そして、一瞬の夢が悪夢に変わり、また、一瞬の悪夢が夢にかわる、、、、、
そうした夢さえも、この8月には、そのすべてが、まもなく終わる。

演歌で学ぶ 外国語と日本人

「カラオケは、日本語と日本を学ぶのに有効な手段」と外国人。
歌う人に、日本語の真髄を教え込ませる？
画面に流れる日本語を読み取ること、仲間が歌う歌に耳をかたむけること、時には勇気を出し一緒に歌い、学んできた日本語の多くの語彙や文法を再確認すること、、、。
日本の音楽を語るとき、カラオケは大きな割合を占めているが、演歌はオヤジ達が歌うことが多い。
多くの外国人は、その歌詞を通し、その演歌のなかに日本人の生きざまとしての「愛」をさぐる。
それは、外国語を言葉として学ぶ以上のものを教えてくれるようだ。
外国語を学ぶことは、他国の人や文化を知り、それらを好きになること。

こうして、外国人に教えられて、外国語の学び方を、今も日本人が学ぶ、、、、、2020年の五輪を前に、、？。



Enka gives lessons in Japan’s unattainable love
カラオケ (karaoke) is one of the greatest ways to learn the Japanese language. Karaoke forces students to “do” the whole spectrum of language: Read 歌詞 (kashi, lyrics) on the screen, listen to others sing and, if they have the guts, sing the songs themselves, cementing many vocabulary and grammar lessons they’ve learned in the process.

演歌 (enka, traditional Japanese ballads) is one of the most important genres of karaoke music in Japan, and while you may groan and think me an おやじ (oyaji, old man) for suggesting it, enka songs offer great language lessons and also provide interesting insight into how the Japanese conceive of love.

The term enka comes from an abbreviation of 演説歌 (enzetsuka, oratorical songs), which began as a cappella, antigovernment protest songs in the 1880s. In her excellent study of enka “Tears of Longing: Nostalgia and the Nation in Japanese Popular Song,” Christine Yano calls enka as a genre of music an “invention.”

ガン患者 どこまで治療？

ガン患者の5年後の生存率は、62.5％と、「国立がん研究センター」の発表。
2008年にガンと診断された患者21万4,500人の調査。
ガンが身体のどこにあるかによるが、「比較的」永い期間の生存が確認されていることが実証。

一方で、・・・・・・
NHKのラジオと同TVニュース（8/9,朝7時台)と、この新聞記事、、、、。
ガンと診断された患者のうち、「末期」患者や85歳以上の高齢者には、体への負担が大きい手術や抗がん剤の投与などの「積極的な治療を控える」割合が高くなっていること。
また、（年齢的にも）「5年以上の生存率がひくくなること」、そして、「患者のQOL ：quality of life（生命の威厳？）」を重視しがちなこと。
以上の点から、
政府は医者とともに「患者にとっての最善の措置」を求め、（どこまで医療措置をするかの)
その判断基準の作成を急ぐ、としている。

Japan 5-Year Cancer Survival Rate at 65.2 Pct
The five-year survival rate of cancer patients in Japan stands at 65.2 pct, the National Cancer Center said in a survey report on Wednesday.

Hospitals found to be less likely to give elderly cancer patients aggressive care
The proportion of cancer patients who do not undergo aggressive care exceeded 60 percent for a particular type of the disease among those aged 85 or older in the most advanced stage of their ailment, according to data released by the National Cancer Center on Wednesday.

Against a backdrop of elderly people making up an increasing share of cancer patients, the medical institutions are believed to have prioritized the patients’ quality of life, based on the fact that a complete cure is difficult for aged patients at this stage of cancer, and the low five-year survival rates for some cancers.

The government plans to advance research regarding treatments for the elderly patients with the aim of helping them make the best choice.

日本の学校給食は、一日のうちの「一食」にとどまらず、「食育」として、全国の子どもたちに、小学校の時期から、その大切さを教える。
小学校に入学と同時に、身体に摂り入れた食べ物が、いかに大切なものか、どのような働きをしているか、など。
毎日の「食べ物」が、その日一日だけでなく、一生のなかでの大切さを学ぶ。
国として、こうした学校給食重視は、世界の国々にもっと、見習ってもらってもらっても、、。
日本人の長寿や、肥満の少ないことも、こうした小学校の「良い習慣」のおかげ。

中国のIT企業が、AI(人工知能）サービスを、急きょ中断を（政府によって）余儀なくされた。
AIとは、情報を収集・分析して「正確な回答」を与える（最先端の）インターネットサービス。
「テンセント」と呼ばれるインターネット企業が今年から始めている「チャット」と呼ばれる‟対話”プログラム。
天候や運勢などの「問いかけ」に利用されてきたが、、、、。
「中国万歳」とかの書き込みには、AIは、（中国共産党の）「腐敗して無能な政治に万歳ができるのか」と反論したという。
さらには、「あなたにとって（習近平・国家主席の唱える）中国の夢は何か」との問い掛けに、「私の『中国の夢』はアメリカへの移住」と答えたとされる。

・・・・・・・・・・あまりにも「傑作」で、NHKはラジオでもテレビでも、昨日の朝7時台のニュースで伝えた、聞いた私も、笑ってしまった。

Chinese AI calls Communist Party 'incompetent'
Chinese IT firm has suspended its artificial intelligence service after the program criticized China's Communist Party for being "corrupt" and "incompetent."

Starting this year Tencent was providing a free service for internet users to chat with an AI character.
The AI character talked about weather, horoscopes and other topics, while getting smarter as it interacted with users.

Hong Kong media reported that when a user posted a message saying, "Hurray for the Communist Party," the AI character responded, "Are you sure you want to hurray to such corrupt and incompetent politics?" （NHK :8/3)
