国難突破に 「希望」か失望か

この写真が、日本の政治史に残る2人の写真となるか、すぐに忘れ去られる写真となるのか、、。
小池・都知事の「希望の党」と発足と、民進党の事実上の「合流」。
国政への二人の胸の内が少なくとも完全に一致しているとは思えないが、これから先に「不安や困難がいっぱい」、というだけは一致している。
一方は都政の運営多難、一方は国会での勢力の衰退、、、だけは一致。
二人に投げかけられた、解散という突然の「プレゼント」。
このプレゼント、先行き不安なお二人に「希望の光」を与えるか、希望の党の誕生。
‟理念や政策で一致しなければナラナイ”などと、幼稚な理屈を主張する政治家と、「あるものをなかった」と言い、「記憶にも記録にもナイ」と言う痴呆症の政治家、それに、国の最高権力者以上に？暗躍・カツヤクする夫人と、、、、、。
これこそが"国難”で‟突破”しなければならない選挙？
どちらが、国民の信託にこたえられるか、、
・・・・・・どちらにも国民の希望はナイ、、という気持ちは、もちろんないが、、。

Popular Tokyo Gov. Yuriko Koike launched a new political party Wednesday, promising to “reset” Japan and restore its international prestige, while also posing a powerful threat to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe as the nation braces for a high-stakes snap election next month.

The populist governor’s latest foray into national politics has reportedly also opened the door for a struggling opposition Democratic Party to explore a potential tie-up with her party. The new DP leader, Seiji Maehara, is trying to figure out how best to counter Abe’s ruling coalition in the October poll, including mulling a merger with the fringe opposition Liberal Party, according to local media.

伝統の日本式おもてなしやゲイシャ遊びを外国人観光客向けに。
日本の古い伝統を、芸者さんから教えてもらいたいとの彼らの希望も多いとか。
昨年は、これまでの2倍の800人の外国人を迎えた旅館も、、。
「通訳なしで、外人さんとコミュニケーションしたいわ～」とは、彼女たちの本音？
・・・・・そうだろうね、通訳を介しての酒の席なんて、想像してもおもしろくも楽しくもない、、と思う。
落語のオチを説明しているようなものだろう、、。
・・・・ささやかながら、そうした席に陪席させた者として、そう思う。

Geisha learning English
An English seminar for geisha has been held in Tokyo to help them communicate with foreign tourists and explain traditional Japanese entertainment culture.

Eight local entertainers attended the seminar at a Japanese restaurant in the geisha district of Asakusa.
They practiced saying "thank you for visiting us," and explaining sake in English for taking drink orders.

The number of foreign tourists visiting Japan has been rising. The figure for this year is estimated to have topped 20 million by mid-September, faster than before.

年金10年支払い 外国人にも始まる

日本の年金を受けるためには最低加入期間が「25年」以上を、「10年」でも可能、とした法律が、来月から実施される。
当然、これまで通り資格のある外国人にも。
ただ、これまでの「25年間の保険加入（支払い）」に、しり込みして、未加入者も少なくない。
いまさら、「10年でも可」とされても、といわれても、が実情。
多くの外国人が日本国内で働き始めている今、「保険料を納める」のが、「義務」であることをこの際、知ってもらわなければ、、。
・・・・年金は、働いている人が、働いていない人を支える制度で、国と国民にとって、根幹をなす極めて大事なあることを知ろう。
・・・・たとえ、少ない年金であったとしても、、。





Finally, non-Japanese residents can draw pensions after 10 years of paying in
The Japan Pension Service (JPS) has been hinting about easing eligibility requirements for receiving the old-age pension for a few years. Lifelines first covered this issue way back in 2014.

The change finally became effective from last month, when the fact was announced with little fanfare on the JPS website. Basically, you can now receive a Japanese old-age pension if you have paid in for a total of at least 10 years, rather than 25 years, as was the case.

This will be very welcome news for many foreign nationals who were obliged to pay into the pension system while working in Japan but fell short of the 25-year mark. For more information in English, check out this.

AI・車椅子 街なかへ

車の技術革新で、衝突回避機能が普及し、自動走行の運転技術の実用化が見込まれる今。
障害者の車椅子が、運転者の声でハンドル操作を可能とするAI機能で実用化する？
福岡県久留米市の久留米工業大学の研究グループが、自動運転の車いすを開発。
声に反応するGPSは、すでに（私の）車にも搭載されているが、カメラやAI機能付き。
病院や介護施設の中のみでなく、人や障害物を避けて、街なかで自由に目的地まで。
5年後の実用化が目指されてはいるが、広く普及するまでには、課題も多く予測されるのは当然、、だが、、。
・・・・人が自由に動けることは、「生きている」ことのアカシ？
高齢化、高齢による移動の困難、歩くことの障害、、。
長生きできることが、「閉じこもり」期間の延長でなく、行きたいところへ移動できる自由であってほしい、、、、、、。




Self-driving AI wheelchair takes user to location by voice control
KURUME, Fukuoka Prefecture--In a boon to disabled and elderly people, researchers here have developed an electric wheelchair that recognizes the user’s voice and drives itself automatically to the destination ordered.

Equipped with an artificial intelligence system, the wheelchair can avoid obstacles, such as people, as it travels forward.

The researchers with Kurume Institute of Technology plan to test-operate the product to put it to practical use three to five years down the road.

相談：酒を飲む以外 やるコトなし

空いた自由な時間になると、ビールを飲んでばかりいる自分なので、、、、。
どうしたらイイでしょうか、と「悩み相談」。
回答者はどこの誰だか知らないが、その答えは、、。
「自分を深く見つめれば、何をすべきが見つかるでしょう」。
、、、アホか。
深く見つめているから相談してるんだ、、、。

私なら、「何をすべきかを考えたいなら、もっとビールを飲みなさい」と回答する。
それも気づかずに、あるいは、相談者をモテ遊んで、「教科書」を丸写しの回答。
相談者は、現役のＩＴ関連の技術者、30歳代。
休日には、家の掃除もし、ジョギングもしている、と書いている。
仕事のアイデアを練ったり、疲れた頭と体を休ませ、献身的な奥さんの手作りのつまみでビールを飲むなんて、人生の楽園。

・・・・・・私なんか、最近酒が弱くなって、この間もビールを5本も目の前に出されて、やっと、グラス1杯が残る程度でした、、、、、、？！

パチンコの出玉率 規制へ

ギャンブル依存症対策として、政府(警察庁)は、パチンコの出玉率を現在の３分の一程度へ減らす方向。
＜出玉率？、要するに、あたりの時に出る球の率、これもコンピュタで計算できるんだ。＞
出玉規制は具体的には、標準的な4時間（？）の遊技時間でパチンコ玉の獲得総数を発射総数の1.5倍未満とする新基準を設ける。
大当たりの上限も現行の2400個から1500個に引き下げる。
これによって、4時間の客のもうけは現行の十数万円から5万円を下回るようになる。
パチスロなども同水準となる。

・・・・パチンコという、日本にしかない？「バクチ」に代わり、これからカジノを導入しようとの政府の将来的な総合対策、、？
・・・・・多くの人にとって、あまりなじみのない娯楽だが、ゲームセンターに入り浸ている高齢者たちが少なくないことを考えると、これも重要な国の政策、、？
カジノで財産をなくす人はいても、パチンコでは、そうした人はイナイと思うけどけど、、？





Japan to Curb Pachinko Rewards>
Japan's cabinet ministers concerned adopted on Tuesday measures to discourage people from indulging in gambling, including a cut by about one-third in the number of pachinko balls to be returned to players of the vertical pinball game as rewards.

The pachinko-related measure stipulates new rules limiting the number of balls a player who plays for four hours on average is rewarded with to less than 1.5 times that of balls the player consumes and reducing the rewards for hitting a jackpot from the current 2,400 balls to 1,500 balls. The balls can be exchanged for tokens at pachinko parlors and the tokens can be exchanged for money outside the shops.

The National Police Agency plans to revise the adult entertainment business law so it can implement the tighter regulations, to cover slot machines at the parlors as well, from Feb. 1 next year, government officials said.
