April reminds you of Easter. Easter reminds you of the Passion. The Passion reminds you of the movie Mel Gibson produced few years ago.... And you can actually see an alive Passion Play if you want! For every Easter weekend, my university presents Passion Play, depicting life and death of Jesus Christ during the Passion Week from triumphal entry, Last Supper, Calvary, to resurrection as an interactive outdoor walk-through experience. You get to enjoy the market place of Passover, tasting food of those days and seeing the real animals (such as a camel, a cow, and horses.) You'll see a not-as-gory-as-the-movie crucifixion scene and a quite impressive resurrection scene. It will keep your attention for the whole ninety minutes! People of all ages will be able to appreciate the play for free (but must reserve a ticket). If you happen to live near southern Michigan, don't miss this great opportunity!
