愛玉子

台湾のスイーツ愛玉子を作りました。愛玉子とは無花果の仲間のつる性植物の種子です。現地へ行かなくても乾燥させた実の中の種子の部分だけをネットで購入できます。これを布袋に入れて硬水の中で揉んで静置しておくと寒天のようなゲル状態になります。

これをよく冷やしてレモンをトッピングし糖蜜で甘味をつけます。あいにく我家にはバナナとルッコラしかなく自家製黒蜜をかけましたがとても美味しくいただくことができました。

我做了臺灣的甜點愛玉子。 愛玉子是無花果的夥伴蔓性植物的種子。 即使不去當地，也只能在網上購買乾燥的果實中的種子部分。 把這個放進布袋裏，在硬水裏揉搓靜置的話，會變成像寒天一樣的凝膠狀態。把這個好好冷卻，配上檸檬，用糖蜜調味。 不凑巧我家只有香蕉和蘆筍，澆了自製黑蜜，非常好吃。
