日本の梅雨は終わってから１０日間は真夏の晴天が続くと言われています。この時期は土用干しと言って今年塩漬けにした梅を直射日光で干す大切な梅仕事のシーズンです。
今年も真っ赤で美味しくて酸っぱい梅干しができますように。
