今日の弁当は自家製鰆干物と卵焼きです。野菜は産直マーケットで買ったツルムラサキとササゲのごま和えです。人参や茸も一緒に和えました。連日の暑さのため今日の顔は冴えません。
今天的便當是自家制的馬拉松乾貨和煎雞蛋。蔬菜是在直銷市場買的蔓草和芝麻拌小豆角。胡蘿蔔和蘑菇也一起拌了。因為連日的暑熱，今天的臉不冷。
Today's box lunches are homemade Spanish mackerel dried fish and an omelet. Vegetables are the crane murasaki bought at a market direct from the farm and cowpea dish dressed with sesame sauce.
