8月のプラクティスパーティ August Practice Party

8月27日（日）は毎月恒例のプラクティスパーティだったよ　約20名の皆さんが集まり、たくさん踊ったね！レッスンを始めたばかりの人にも是非参加していただきたい、このプラクティスパーティ。音楽を掛けたままの会場で、自由に踊るまさに「練習会」だよ。レッスンで学んだステップを練習する方、何も考えずに踊る方、他の人が踊るのを見てイメージトレーニングする方、とにかく汗をたくさんかいて運動したい方、おしゃべりしたい方、などなど様々な方たちが参加しています　あなたはどんな目的で参加してますか？？
