シャインのワークショップ Shines Workshop

今、ラテンワークショップの真っ最中！
ワークショップ開始と同時にプリントで配布されたサルサのシャイン１０パターンをマスター中です
いつものレッスンではなかなか時間を取って練習できないシャイン、今日は集中的にマスターです！！！
ウエストをひねったり、ステップを小刻みに踏んだり運動量もけっこうありそう♪
「勉強になった～」「有意義だった～」と皆さん満足そうです！
プリント見ながら復習がんばってくださいね

We are now right in the middle of Latin Workshop featuring salsa shines!
Checking the handouts with 10 basic shinse patterns, everyone is mastering every single pattern one by one.
This is our first intensive class exclusively for shines, which can't be covered fully in regular classes usually.
It looks cool, but it could be such a great workout with a lot of hip actions and smooth steps.
I'm hearing several good comments like "These are exactly what I needed!" and "All the patterns were broken down in the class, so easy to remember".
Don't forget to review your handout at home
