QRZ.COMで調べましたらフィンランド独立の100周年記念の局だそうです。（拙者の拙訳によればですhi）
QRP（拙者）に加えオンフレでしたので長～～い順番待ちの末、ラスト1で交信！その後QSYかクロージングダウンした様子hi
In 2017, special jubilee call sign OF100FI/x is activated on their turn by amateur radio clubs around Finland. Here x is the number of the call area (0…9). Call OF100FI is part of the Finland 100 programme in 2017.
The year 2017 will mark Finland’s 100th anniversary as an independent state. It will be an important year for Finland full of events created through joint efforts. The anniversary year will generate actions, experiences and an extensive programme of events. It will be seen and heard across the country throughout 2017. Through these actions, we will reflect on the past 100 years of Finland’s independence, assess its present and explore its future.
