could manage to は普通 managed to となります。一般的に言って could を使うのは能力を示すときで（あるいは仮定法）行為の成就とか達成の意味を表すときは過去形を使います。「－できました」という日本語につられて即 could を使うのは避けるべきです。

HAKUSEKIREI).
And it's young female. I think she was born this eary summer, maybe.
