Recovery from a breakdown of the internet

A breakdown of the internet occurred by the Western Japan torrential downpour on July 7.

After about a month and a half, au light managed to recover from the breakdown today. 

The picture above was taken from my house.

If the surface of the water had elevated about 10 centimeters or so, my house would have been flooded.
