見つめ合う二人‥‥ Staring at each other....

今日は見学の方が二組いらっしゃいました。

まず、午前中に佐賀県木島郡にある、

就労継続支援Ａ型事業所　「空」の32歳の若い社長と

執行役員の女性のお二人。

昨年Ａ型事業所を立ち上げ、現在は6人の障がい者の方々が働いているそうです。

作業内容は、蛇口、アルミサッシの分解や銅線剥ぎなどの作業。仕事内容から

全員男性の現場、気を抜くとけがをすることもあるので

毎日大声を出しながらの作業で気を使うと話しておられました。

それでも、休み時間などはみんな和気あいあいとしていて、夕方16時まで

しっかり就業しているとのことでした。

今後Ｂ型の導入や、利益を上げてゆくための工夫、いろいろ試行錯誤中だそうです。

今回なぜ太陽工房に見学にきたのか？

同行のＭさんが元県の職員で障害者就労に携わっておられ、

大村市役所に問い合わせたりいろいろ調べて、

見つけてくれたそうで、いろんなところを見学するのも勉強だからと

社長を引っ張ってきたと笑っておられました。

太陽工房はそんなに大きな事業所ではありませんが、

社長の構想と体格はビッグです。

「空」の社長さんは体格は小柄ですが、気持ちはビッグでした。

そんな二人が出会い、いろんな夢や現実を語り合っています。

寒空の下　見つめ合いながら・・・・・

Today we had two pairs of visitors.
First, the 32 year-old president of continuous employment support Type A “Sora” and two female executive officers. He launched the Type A office last year, and 6 people with disabilities are working right now. Work contents are disassemble faucets and aluminum sash, and peel off the copper wire. From the work contents it’s the place for men, if you loosen your attention you will be injured so shout out aloud every day. However, on a free time every one chat freely very friendly and they work until up 4p.m. This time they start running a Type B, work-out to how to raise benefit, they are doing trial and error. Why did they come to Taiyo Koubou? A person who accompanies Ms. M when she was in the previous prefecture there were people with disabilities, contact Omura city hall and search many things, and then she found Taiyo Koubou and he drag the persident to Taiyo Koubou to as a study, saying laughingly. Taiyo Koubou is not a big office but the president’s ambition and build are big. The president of “Sora” is thin but hope is huge. Those two people who met a couple minutes ago chatting dreams and reality. Cold sky, starting at each other. Good luck to two of you. To be continued…

始まりは7年前 The Beginning Is 7 Years Ago

仁木田株式会社は、7年前に誕生しました。
Nikita co., ltd. was born 7 years ago.

始まりは、「トータルサポート 太陽」居宅介護支援事業所です。
The beginning was home care support office “Total Support Taiyo.”


一番手前が事務所で、ここからスタートでした。
It started with the room on the right side.

現在は仁木田株式会社の事務所となっています。
It is now an office of Nikita co., ltd.

事務所の隣3件は、バリアフリー住宅です。
Three rooms next to the office are barrier-free housing.


大きな看板もきちんと掛けています。
A big sign is hanging on the wall.


このロゴマークも障がいを持つ仲間のＨさんが考えてくれました。
The fellow member Mr. H who has disorders came up with the logo.

グループ となっていますがグループ企業などではなく、
It says group, but it is not a group company,

「仲間」という意味で　仁木田グループとしたそうです。
it named Nikita Group meaning group as “fellow.”


3年前に宮小路1丁目の国道沿いにサンシャイン1号館が建ち、
Sunshine bldg. # 1 was built by the street of Miyashoji 1-chome 3 years ago,

そちらに居宅支援事業の事務が全部移りました。

and then whole businesses of the in-home support business moved to there.



障がい者就労事業は今年10月スタートしたばかりです。
People with disabilities employment business just started in October in this year.

これから、ひとつひとつ積み上げながら地域に根付いていくように気張っていきます。

We work hard to take root in the community by accumulating things one by one.

自主消火訓練 Fire Fighting Training

昨日は消火訓練の日でした。
It was a fire drill day yesterday.


計画書を作り説明を聞きます。

それぞれに役割分担して臨みます。

ワラワラとメンバーが避難してゆきます
Members are evacuating a little by little.


それぞれの役割に応じて、初期消火、その後消防に連絡　
アパートの住人の方の避難(今回は避難したと想定して
実際には動いていません)
Depending one’s rolls, do initial fire fighting, and call for fire trucks and ambulances, evacuation of the residents.


最後に、訓練担当者のＭ君から
注意点と説明等をみんな真剣に聞いていました。
これから乾燥する季節、火災には十分に気をつけたいものです。
At last, listened to the explanation from Mr. M who’s charge in the drill.
From now on, it’s the season that it’s going to be dry, so we need to be careful.

バリアフリー住宅 サンシャイン１号館 Barrier-free House Sunshine Bldg. # 1

太陽工房と日常支援センター事務所の上２Ｆ３Ｆは、バリアフリー住宅になっています。
The 2nd and 3rd floor of Taiyo Koubou and an office of daily support center are barrier-free.


現在は満室ですが、一室は作業部屋として開けてあります。

今回そこを写真でご紹介します。
There is not any vacancy, but only one room is opened as for work station.
Today I introduce that room with photos.

キッチンとその横は洗濯機置き場と入口
A kitchen and a space for a washer by its side, plus the entrance.


アパートの横は国道になり、きちんと歩道も確保されています。
There is a street by the building and a sidewalk is secured.


近くあるにスーパーやお弁当屋さん、郵便局と親和銀行もあります
There are a super market, a bento shop, a post office, and Shinwa bank nearby.

便利な場所です。階段の幅や廊下なども緊急時に避難できるように広くとってあります。
The place is very convenient. Staircases and hallways are prepared wide for an emergency.

実は、夫婦用の部屋も２部屋あり現在住んでおられます。
In fact, there are two rooms for couples, and people are living in.

外から見ていて、どんなところだろうと思っていた方もいるだろうと思いますこんな感じのところですよ。
There might be people who are thinking what kind of the place it is, this is how it looks like.

でも、今日はいつもとちょっと違って楽しみが待っていました。

Ｍ氏が作ってくれる美味しいカレーが待っていたのです。

それも、チキンカツとチャーシューカツ2種類のカツが乗ったカレー

However, Today a bit defferent from normal fun thing was waiting.
Delicious curry that Mr. M makes.
There was curry that Chicken cutlet and roasted pork fillet cutlet, 2 kinds on the curry.

チャーシューもすべてＭ氏の手作り

このＭ氏、もと関西方面でフランス料理のシェフを30年務めていた方

料理のことを聞くとやはり知識が豊富です。

チャーシュカツ、管理人は初めて食べましたが、予想以上に美味しかったです。

思わず、そのおいしさに写真撮るのを忘れてしまいました。

Roasted pork fillet is all handmade by Mr. M.
Mr. M originally worked for French restaurant as a chef for 30 years in Kansai region.
I tried roasted pork fillet cutlet first time, it's much more deliciou than I expected.
I forgot to take a photo because it was so delicious.


ので、イラストにしてみました。

普通のチャーシューと違って、色も濃くなく味もしっかりついているのですが

食べると優しい味わいで柔らかく、飽きが来ません。

テイクアウトで販売してほしいくらいです。

お米も職員のＴ氏の自宅で取れたお米をいただき

ほんとに美味しかったです。

ごちそうさまでした。


メンバーは曜日によって入れ替わりがありますが

作業を少しずつ進めながら、集中して段取り良く間違いの無いように

みなさまのもとへ商品をお届けしたいと思います。

そんな仁木田株式会社の週末の様子でした。

I would like them to sell one.
About rice, harvested at staff's field, it also was delicious.

Members switches depending on the day,
working hard and concentrate on the work without mistake.
