今日は、新規のコーヒー「ondoriblend」といったブレンドコーヒーの紹介です。
深めに焙煎した豆をベースに、奥行きのある風味に仕上げ、普段に飲むブラックはもちろん、朝・昼問わず、ホットでも、またアイスとしてミルクを入れても美味しいと高評の、深い味わいのあるブレンドコーヒー。
この珈琲は、競艇選手の下條雄太郎さんの一言から生まれました。
経緯として、太陽工房の職員のお一人が、こちらの太陽の種コーヒーを紹介し、飲んでいただいたことが始まりで、
そこで美味しいと気に入ってくださり、下條さん自ら、「自分は珈琲が好きなので、自分好みのオリジナルコーヒーが出来ないかな」
とおっしゃられたのがこの発案の切っ掛けです。
そこから、この太陽工房とコーヒーを通して繋がりのある、「橙」の店主さんへの交渉と協力により、数度の話し合いとテイスティングを重ねた結果、下條さんもお好みな「オンドリブレンドコーヒーが出来上がりました。
下條さんは、障がい者事業所の実状もよく知っておられ、少しでも利用者の方々へ応援と貢献ができればと、思うお気持ちから声を掛けてくださったそうです。

Today, we would like to introduce our new blended coffee which we call “ondoriblend.”
Based on deeply roasted beans, this is finished with the depth of flavor, not only everyday black coffee, but also in the morning, at night, hot and iced with milk, it’s very favorable to anyone.
This coffee was born with a comment from a boat racer Yutaro Shimojo.
As a background, one of the members of Taiyo Koubou introduced him our blended coffee “Taiyo no Tane,” and he liked it very much. Then he asked us “I like coffee, so can we make our original coffee?” That’s the beginning of everything.
Having negotiation and cooperation with the master of “Daidai” who has been connected to us from before, as the result of several meetings and tastings, we finally made our original blended coffee which Mr. Shimojo also likes.
Mr. Shimojo is well aware of the situation of people with disabilities, and he asked us if there is anything he could do, even though if it’s a small thing.
