WRAPについて About WRAP

ラップというものをご存知でしょうか。台所で使うラップ…ではなく、WRAP(Wellness　Recovery Action Plan)という、アメリカでうつ病のかたが生みだした技法です。これは、日本では元気回復行動プランと訳され、元気であるために、あるいは元気であり続けるためのプランを考えておき、必要なときにそのプランを実行するという技法です。誰でも作っていいのですが、日本では精神障害のかたを中心に広まっています。

WRAPには、日常生活管理プラン、引き金になる出来事に対処するプラン、注意サインに対処するプラン、調子が悪くなってきている時のプラン、クライシスプラン(緊急状況への対応プラン)、クライシスを脱した時のプランの6つのプランがあります。このプランの中にも更にいくつか項目があります。例えば日常生活管理プランでは、元気であるために毎日したほうがよいこと、時々するとよいことを挙げていきます。

わたしのWRAPのプランは一部しかできていませんが、日常生活管理プランには、きちんと睡眠を取ること、仲間と夢を語ること、恋人と時々デートに行くこと、読書すること…などを挙げています。

WRAPを作るための集中クラスも各地でおこなわれています。ファシリテーター(クラスの進行役)と参加者のかたがたが、ひとりひとり和気あいあいと、元気でいるための工夫を発言しあっています。

ひとりより、友人や仲間と一緒に意見を交換し合いながらプランを作ると、クライシスの際に助けてくれるサポーター作りにもなりますし、他者の知恵も借りられてお互い、よりよいWRAP作りができると思います。

実は、太陽工房にはファシリテーターの資格を持つかたがいらっしゃいます。今後、ファシリテーターと話し合い、ここでもWRAP作りができるようにしようと考えています。

Do you know about WRAP? It’s not the wrap that to be used in the kitchen, it’s the technique that produced by an American who suffered from depression called WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). In Japan, it’s the technique that to be used to think to keep being cheerful, and to be done when needed. It’s for anyone, but in Japan it spreads among mainly people who have mental disorders.
Talking about WRAP, there are six plans those are a plan that manages daily life, a plan addresses events that can be triggered a bad event, a plan addresses a sign of an alert, a plan that is for when you feel getting worse, a plan addresses an emergency state, a plan that is when you are gotten out of a crisis. There are some more in these plans. For example, about a plan that manages daily life, raise things that you need to do every day and you should do sometimes.
I only can do some of the plan of WRAP, about a plan that manages daily life, have a good sleep, talk about our dreams with my friends, go on a date with my partner sometimes, read books, and so on…
Intensive classes to make WRAP are held in various regions. Facilitators and attendants talk friendly about how to find out to be cheerful.
Making plans by sharing opinions with your friends, you can make good supporters for when needed, and you can receive other people’s ideas, so you can make better WRAP.
In fact, there is a person who has the certificate of facilitator at Taiyo Koubou. Now, we are thinking to talk with the facilitator to make WRAP here too.
If it’s possible, you want to live cheerfully every day, don’t you?

炎天下！ Under Blazing Sun!

４月２６日日曜日、フリーマーケットに参加してきました。

朝からいい天気に恵まれ、準備も順調



しかし、朝からの日差しは鋭く、おまけに与えられた場所が

全然日影がない場所で、これは大変な一日になるなと

参加した２人で話していました。

思った通り、暑い！　

しっかり水分補給していかないと大変です。

一緒に参加した若い職員は、準備が終った段階でもうばてています。

休憩を随時取りながら、水分を取ながら

それでも楽しんでいこうと確認しあいました。

新しい競艇場前の駐車場の一部が会場になっていて

この場所では初めての開催でした。

この日イベントホールでは、手裏剣戦隊ニンニンジャーが来ていたので

小さな子どもさんを連れた親子連れがとても多かったです。



さあ、販売です。



太陽工房のチラシを貼って、宣伝も忘れずに声を出していきました。

お客様と会話しながら、商品を作る仲間たちのことを伝える

楽しいひと時でした。

苔玉、オリジナルカレー３種　雑貨など

特に苔玉は、軽石をくりぬいてそこに楓やアイビーを植え込み

これからの季節にむけてアピールでき、さらに竹でできた蟹を

あしらい、会話が弾み購入につながったように思います。



以外に若い方の購入が多かったのが印象に残っています。

暑さに負けずに頑張って、そこそこの売上でした。

その時の客層や場所、気候などによっても売れ筋は違ってくるでしょう。

また次回参加するときのいい教訓になりました。

またどこかで参加したいと思います。

We attended flea market on Sunday Apriil 26th.
It was nice weather from the morning, and we are ready.

However, sunlight was very strong, and the place was no shadow, we 2 talked that it’s gonna be a tough day.
It was so hot as we thought.
It’s very tough if you don't drink water frequently.
The young staff who attended together were worn out as soon as the preparation was completed.
We confirmed to enjoy by taking a break and drinking water.
It was a first time to have an evert in the parking lot of a new boat racing stadium.
On this day, at the event hall, Shuriken Sentai Nininger was came.
So there were a lot of the parents with their kids.

It’s time to sale.

Put on the flyer of Taiyo Koubou, not forgetting advertising and spoke aloud.
It was fun time talking about our members who are making our products by chatting with our customers.
Moss balls, original curry, accessories, and so on.
Especially, about moss balls, dug out a pumice and put maple and ivy in, we could appeal for the coming season, and garnish a crab that was made by bamboo, the conversation spread and it connected to the purchase.

Unexpectedly, I remember that many young people purchased our products.
The sales were pretty good, not lose to the heat.
The sales will be different depending on the ages of the customers, the places, and the weather.
It became a good lesson for the next time.
Again, we would like to take part in somewhere.

新しい当事者会☆ New Party Meeting☆

当事者会では語ることを大切にしています。自分の力を信じて、仲間の力を借りながら歩んでいくことは勇気のいることです。

しかし、体験や想いを語っていくうち、それが自分だけのものではないということが分かり、仲間と共有することができます。孤独でないということは心強いです。語り、分かち合う。それが当事者会の魅力のひとつだと思います。

わたしは長崎県内で5年近く精神障害を持つ当事者会のメンバーとして当事者同士の支え合い(ピアサポート)をしてきました。複数の会に関わっていますが、共通しているのは仲間同士の語り合いを大切にしているという点です。

太陽工房に入社して1カ月が経とうとしています。ここでも、ピアサポートの輪を広げられる可能性が出てきました。

さっそく先日、「ほわほわ会」と称した会を開き、3人の女性が集まりました。ひとりひとり自分の想いを話し、有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。病気を持ちながら、それぞれの立場で働くわたしたちはきっと、病気にとらわれることなく生きていけると思えます。「人生は、うまくいかないことのほうが多いよね」と笑いあって、ほわほわ会は好スタートを切りました。

企業の中に当事者会が発足するのは珍しいことかもしれません。

これから、認知行動療法のひとつであるWRAP(ラップ：元気回復行動プラン)なども活用し、太陽工房では当事者の力をどんどん引き出していきたいと思います。今後が楽しみです。

At the party meeting we value talking. It takes a lot of nerve to believe one’s own strength and borrow friends’ help. However, by telling experiences and thoughts understand they are not only for one’s stuff and can be shared with friends. It is reassuring that you are not alone. Tell and share. That is one of the charms of the party meeting. I have been helping (peer-supporting) people concerned as a member of a party meeting that has mental illnesses for 5 years in Nagasaki Prefecture. I take part in several party meetings and they value talking with friends in common. It’s been a month after I’m hired by Taiyo Koubou. A possibility of expanding circle of peer support came out. The other day, we held a meeting called “Howa Howa Kai” and three women were gathered. They conveyed their feelings and had a meaningful time. Even though we have an illness, working in our own states, I think we are able to work without being slave to the illness. Howa Howa Kai started with laughter saying “There are lot of things that don’t go well in our lives.” It is rare to set up a party meeting in the company. From now on, we will utilize one of the cognitive behavioral therapy; WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), at Taiyo Koubou we try to pull out the strength of the people who concerned. I can’t wait to see.

チャンドラー Chandler

チャンドラーブルーベリー　ってご存知ですか？

一粒が500円くらいになるブルーベリーです。

チャンドラーを太陽ファームでも育てていて

その花が咲きました。

順調に育っています。

実をつけるのが楽しみです。

農園内には家もあり、

暫く人が住んでなかったので、家の中がいたみ不用品があふれていましたが

みんなで片付け、整備していってます。

洗面所とトイレの前の床がブヨブヨしていたので

男性陣が床を補強しています。

No one was living there, so there were full of trush,
but we cleaned up and prepared.
The floor of the bathroom was soft and flabby,
so repairing the floor.



ここで作業したり休憩したりできるようにしていこうと思っています。

それぞれがいろんな夢をこの農場に託し

これからも成長していきます、その姿をこれからもお伝えして行きますので

皆さんも一緒に、楽しんでください。

I'm thinking to work and rest here from now on.
We grow everyone's holding their dreams.
