戦後、我が国が追求してきたビジネス・モデルは以前詳細に書いたとおり、（1）一方では米国に追随し、自由貿易を”喧伝”する中、極端な円安を用いて輸出攻勢をかけ、国外より莫大な富を獲得する、（2）次に法律によって規制をかけ、その対象としての「業界」をつくって補助金を与えることで「公定価格」をあらゆる物品・サーヴィスについて設ける一方、実勢価格で取引するアウトローの存在を容認し、両者の価格差を（1）によって裨益する大企業のサラリーマンたちからの租税徴収で補いながら、関係者の中で「利権」として分配する、というものだった。別名「構造」である。我が国に諸外国からいったん入ったマネーが二度と出て行かなかったのは何のことはない、この「利権構造」の中で半永久的に循環していたからである。
