多良峡の紅葉は・・・vol.2

11月24日大垣市上石津町の多良峡へ再度行ってきました。

11月4日に行ったときは紅葉には少し早いようでしたが、

24日は『もみじまつり』も開催され、ちょうど良い時期でした。



お天気も良く暖かかったです。



このあたりは、もみじと杉が混在しており緑と赤のコントラストがとてもきれいでした。



多良峡森林公園は当社から車で30分程のところです。

The autumnal leaves of the Tara ravine vol.1

The Tara ravine of Ogaki Kamiishizu-cho was visited again on November 24.

It was a leaf of early autumn on November 4.

"The maple festival" was held and it was just right time on the 24th.



In fine weather, it was warm.



The maple and the Japan cedar are intermingled around here.

The contrast of "green and red" was very beautiful.



"Tara ravine forest park" is a place of about 30 minutes by our company to a car.

試作機No.1を作りました。

今日は小型真空管アンプ用の万能試作セットを公開します！



このシャーシはアルミ製で

ミニチュア管用、スピーカー端子、RCAジャック等、色々な取り付け穴があいています。



このシャーシを使うと試作が驚くほど短時間で仕上がります。

今回は真空管1本だけですのでシンプルな中身です。

この状態でパーツを付け替えて音質をチェックしたり、

アースポイントを変更して残留ノイズの最小ポイントを見つけます。







このシャーシでのテスト完了後、

実機のシャーシに組み込むことになります。

試作機では470pFと1000pFコンデンサーを切り換えて試聴する必要があるため

スイッチをつけました。

また、パイロットランプのLEDはつけていません。

It is a continuation of "Necessity? Unnecessary ? super tweeter vol.11"

Experimental model No.1 was made.

The trial production kit for small tube amps is exhibited!



A chassis is aluminum.

The object for the miniature tubes, a speaker terminal,

a RCA jack, and various attachment holes have opened.



If this chassis is used, a trial production can manufacture in a short time.

It is only one vacuum tube this time.

They are simple contents.

A part is changed and sound quality is checked.

A ground point is changed and the minimum point of a residual noise is found.







The system is manufactured after testing in this chassis.

The switch was turned on in order to switch 470pF and a 1000pF capacitor.

Moreover, LED does not attach.

カーボン抵抗　4.7キロオーム（カラーコード：黄、紫、赤）



カーボン抵抗　7.5キロオーム（カラーコード：紫、緑、赤）



カーボン抵抗　100キロオーム（カラーコード：茶、黒、黄）



酸化金属皮膜抵抗　39オーム3Wを2本直列(75オーム5W の代用)　



発熱が大きい抵抗の場合、抵抗を分割し、熱を分散する手法をとります。

電解コンデンサー　25V　100マイクロファラッド



電解コンデンサー　50V　10マイクロファラッド（25Vの代用）



コンデンサーの耐圧では大きい場合は問題ありません。

Carbon resistance 100 kilohms (color code: brown, black, yellow)



Oxidization metal film persistence 39-ohm 3W 2 series (substitution of 75 ohm 5W)



When generation of heat is large, it divides and distributes heat.

Chemical capacitor 25V 100 micro F



Chemical capacitor 50V 10 micro F (substitution of 25V)



It is satisfactory when the resisting pressure of a capacitor is large.

『必要？不必要？スーパーツィーター　vol.9』の続きです。

『必要？不必要？スーパーツィーター　vol.8』のフィルターに

バッファアンプ部を組み合わせます。

全体回路図です。



バッファアンプ部には『続・低音がほしい！！』の増幅部を使用しました。

回路図では３本の真空管が使用しているように見えますが、

使用するのは12AU7を1本だけです。

12AU7は複合管で1本に2つのエレメントが封入されています。

これをRch、Lchで使用します。

左側の真空管はヒーター部分の配線をわかり易くするために書き足したものです。

電源は24V 0.5AのDCアダプターを使用します。

真空管をこのように低い電圧で動作させることにびっくりする方もみえるようですが、

適正なバイアスとプレート電流で使用すればりっぱに動作します。

低電圧での動作ではノイズが減るというおまけもついてきます。

Buffer amplifier is added to the filter of "Necessity? Unnecessary ? super tweeter vol.8"

Buffer amplifier used the amplification part of "sequel to "I want a low frequency !!""

With a circuit diagram, it seems that three vacuum tubes are using it.

Only one 12AU7 are used.

12AU7 is a bimetallic tube and two elements are enclosed.

This is used by Rch and Lch.

A left tube is added in order to make filament wiring intelligible.

A power supply uses DC adapter of 24V/0.5A.

Although you may be surprised in low-voltage operation of a vacuum tube,

it operates exactly with proper bias and plate current.

A noise decreases in low-voltage operation.

中低域を-6dBするフィルターを試作しました。

片チャンネルあたり、２種３ヶのパーツを使用します。

金属皮膜抵抗　４７キロオーム（カラーコード：黄、紫、黒、赤）



スチロールコンデンサー　470pF



特性を測ってみたところ、いまいちでした。

そこで、470pFを1000pFに変更した場合も計測しました。

どちらにするかは試聴によって決めたいと思います。

It is a continuation of "Necessity? Unnecessary ? super tweeter vol.8"

Bass and midrange -6dB filter was made as an experiment.

Two sorts per channel and three parts are used.

Metal film resistor 47 kilohms (Color code: Yellow, purple, black, red)



Styrene capacitor 470 pF



The characteristic is not so good.

Then, 470pF was changed and measured to 1000pF.
