今日の弁当

今朝は早起きをして鰻を焼きました。こんがり焼き色がついてとても美味しそうでしょう。これだけでは栄養バランスがよくないので小松菜茸油揚げ炒めと卵焼きを添えました。お昼が楽しみです。

今天早上早起烤了鰻魚。有金黃的烤色看起來很好吃吧。這樣營養平衡不好，所以配上了油炸油菜和煎雞蛋。我期待著午飯。

I got up and baked eel this morning. The brown baking color sticks and seems very good. Only this wasn't fine for nutrient balance, so Japanese mustard spinach mushroom thin fried tofu fry and an omelet were added. Lunch is pleasant.

ちらし寿司

今日も朝からお寿司です。しかし昨日の巻き寿司と違ってちらし寿司です。材料は蟹蒲鉾、錦糸卵、ぬか漬け胡瓜、紅生姜などです。日本の暑い夏には爽やかなお寿司が最適です。

今天也是從早上開始吃壽司。但是和昨天的卷壽司不同，是散壽司。資料有蟹肉魚糕、錦絲雞蛋、米糠醃黃瓜、紅薑等。日本炎熱的夏天最適合吃清爽的壽司。

Today is also sushi from a morning. But it's different from yesterday's rolled sushi and is sushi rice with a variety of vegetables. アレルギー疾患全快

糸のように腫れた目がやっといつもの目に戻りました。アレルギー疾患全快祝いに今日は朝からご馳走です。巻き寿司と野菜豚肉味噌炒めです。やっぱり料理は楽しいな。

像線一樣腫了的眼睛的臉終於回到了平時的臉上。為了祝賀過敏疾病痊癒，今天從早上開始就請你吃飯。卷壽司和蔬菜猪肉醬炒。果然料理很開心啊。

アレルギー反応

何かのアレルギー反応で目が細くなってしまいましたがちびまる子ちゃんとおとなしく寝ていたおかげで今朝はかなり回復してきました。次の写真は最悪期の顔です。目が糸のようです。そのまた次の写真は１ヶ月前の元気な顔です。もう１日おとなしく寝ているつもりですが無理かなぁ。

雖然因為有什麼過敏反應眼睛變細了，但是多虧了和櫻桃小丸子老實地睡了一覺，今天早上恢復得很好。下一張照片是最壞時期的臉。眼睛像線一樣。下一張照片是一個月前的精神面貌。打算再老實地睡一天，不行啊。

An eye had become thin by some allergic reaction, but I was getting back fairly this morning thanks to sleeping quietly with Chibi Maruko. The next picture is a face in the worst period. An eye seems to be thread. The, the next picture is a fine face 1 month before again. I'll sleep quietly on the already 1st, but is it impossible?

幼虫たちの引っ越し

やっぱりパセリはもうほとんど丸坊主になってしまいました。今朝はキアゲハの幼虫たちは三つ葉へ引っ越しです。食べなれたパセリとは違うだろうけど我慢して食べてね。慣れれば結構美味しいと思うよ。

果然荷蘭芹已經幾乎都是光頭了。今天早上基葉的幼蟲們搬到了三葉。雖然和吃慣了的荷蘭芹不一樣，但請忍耐著吃吧。習慣了的話會很好吃的。

Parsley has already become almost bald as expected. Larvae of a swallowtail are a move this morning to a trefoil. After it would be different from the parsley used to eating, but you stand it, and eats. I think it's quite good when I'm familiar.
