今日の弁当は山菜おこわです。

一昨日採ってきたワラビを昨日灰汁抜きをして今朝もち米や根菜と蒸しました。ほうれん草人参キノコの胡麻和えと卵焼きです。今日の顔はワラビの眉と黒豆の目です。

今天的便當是山野菜。

我昨天把前天採摘的瓦拉比倒了灰汁，今天早上用米飯和根菜蒸了。 這是菠菜人蔘蘑菇的芝麻和煎蛋。 今天的臉是瓦拉比的眉毛和黑豆的眼睛。
