On Mar. 2, the Japan Air SDF (JASDF) released to have conducted a joint drill with two U.S. strategic bomber B-52 over the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea on March 1.
A large scale U.S.-S. Korea conbined training assuming a Korean Peninsula contingeny is schedued from March 4, and there is a view in S. Korea that N. Korea will launch a military reconnaissance satellite as early as at the end of March.
It seems to be aimed to keep neighboring countries by conducting the U.S.-Japan joint drill around the same time.
