Hit-chanはここ何か月間か夜のシフトばっかりだったんですが、ようやく希望が通って朝シフトも少しもらえるようになりました。
I was actually working on only night shifts in the last some months, but I've finally starting to get a couple of morning shifts a week recently which I've wanted.
基本怠け者なんで、仕事の前に何かするというのがすごい苦手で、中々時間を有効に使えなかったんですが、朝シフトだと仕事後に用事が色々できるので、その点でも満足です。
I'm basically very lazy as you know and I don't like doing something before work at all, but now I can do some chores after a morning shift and utilize a day better.
さて、長らく放っておいていた日本帰国の写真を整理したので、ここに書いていきたいと思います。
Okay, I finally organized tons of pictures I took during the Japan trip, so I want to start writing about it from today.
今回のフライトは１時過ぎだったので、「ミネアポリス空港のセキュリティゲートが３つから２つに減ったから、早めに行った方が良いよ。」というAndyっちのアドバイスで、10時前に空港に送ってもらいました。
My flight was about 1:30pm this time and according to my hubby's wise advise, "The airport closed one of the security gates and only has 2 open now, so we should go there 3 hourse before your flight at least.", so he dropped me off there before 10am.
セキュリティゲート、どんなけ時間かかるやろう？と心配だったんですが、あまり混んでいなくて、あっけなく20分もかからず出国手続きが完了しました。
I was little worried about how long it would take to go through the security check, but it wasn't busy at all and I could go through everything in less than 20 mins.
フライトまで3時間、スナックつまみながらパソコンでYouTube見て待機。
3hours to my flight, killing time to watch YouTube on my laptop as munching some snack.
搭乗開始。
Started boarding.
無事、席も見つけて離陸までもう少しというところでアナウンス。
I found my seat and waited to take off, but they gave us this unexpected announcement.
「機体をもう一度点検しないといけませんので、皆様、荷物はそのまま置いてで結構ですので、一度飛行機の外へ出てください。」
"We have to check this plane again and need everyone to get off once. You can leave your laggage there."
旅の初っ端から予想外の出来事で、「これ、どれくらいかかるんやろう？？」と思いつつ外に出て待つことに。。。
Oh my, what a start of my trip. I was wondering, "How long will this take??"
やっぱり、安全第一なんで文句はありませんでしたが、万が一遅れるような事があったら、いろいろと連絡せなあかんなぁと考えていたら、10分後くらいに、「問題ありませんでした！」とのアナウンスがあり、ホッとしました。
Of course, safety is the most important and I didn't mind waiting for this maintenance, but I was thinking what to do, who to contact with etc... just in case the flight gets delayed. Though, the maintenance finished just in 10 mins and made me so relieved.
結局ブレーキかギアかなんかのシステムに不具合の疑いがあったみたいなんですが、大丈夫だったみたいです。
I kind of heard that that's an issue about the break or gear system.
こんな時、ほんま整備士の方を信じるしかないので、何かあってもどうしようもないですな。(笑)
Whatever it is, all I can do is trust them anyways. Haha.
で、二度目の搭乗手続きをして、さっき座った席に戻りました。
After the second-time boarding process, I got back to the seat where I was at.
ラッキーな事に、Hit-chanは３つ横並びの席の窓側だったんですが、真ん中の席には誰も座らず、通路側に座っていたフィリピン人のおばちゃんと「ラッキーやったねぇ！」とハイタッチを交わしました。(笑)
What's lucky was that I was on the window side of 3 seats but nobody came to the middle seat! The philippine lady on the aisle side was also excited about not having anyone in the meddle, so we did hi five.
で、無事離陸！
Okay, safely took off!
いっつもそうなんですが、今回の機内食もシュリンプカクテルとサラダだけをいただきました。
I just had the shrimp cocktail and the salad as always.
ちなみに、真ん中の席に誰も来なかった事を一緒に喜んだフィリピンのおばちゃん、途中、真ん中の席と自分の席を使って横になっていたので、Hit-chan的には全くラッキーでは無かったです。（爆）
（性格は素敵な方だったので良かったですけどね。）
Both me and the Philippine lady were excited about the opened middle seat, but she actually lay down on her and the middle seat for a while, so that meant she's the only lucky one, not me. LOL
(She's a nice lady, so that's fine.)
そんな感じで、ちょっとしたハプニングはありましたが、順調にHit-chanの一人旅は始まりました。
Anyways, there was a small surprise, but my trip started well overall.
