面白いですね。
まだ正式には確認できてませんから
名乗る男なんてマスコミは言ってますが
まぁ多分本人でしょうね。
しかし内容を知れば知るほど好奇心が次々に湧いてきます。
この男の指名手配写真
もう何十年も前から
ずっと交番に貼ってありましたよね。
昨日近所の交番に行ったら
さすがにポスターは外されていました。
大体この指名手配写真は
沖縄で警官を殺した又吉
って男とセットでしたね。
見るたびに思っていました
何で指名手配犯はたくさんいるのに
いつまでもこの二人のポスターが貼られ続けるんだろう？
と
５０年も経てば
もう人相は別人になってる筈ですし
そもそも生きてない可能性も高いのに延々と交番には顔写真が貼ってありましたね。
まぁその理由は今でも分かりません
もしかしたら理由なんて無くて
惰性で貼ってたのかも知れませんね。
マスコミは
どうして５０年も逃げ通せたのか？
って掘り下げまくってますが
実際には
逃げたというより警察も追いかけて無かった
そんな可能性が高いですよね。
追いかけて無いのに捕まる訳ありませんからね
不動産屋として気になるのは
住んでた家ですね。
すざましい荒れようですよね。

そんな表現がぴったりです。
私たちの地域で
これほどのボロ家は見た事がありません。
あったとしても
貸す事はできませんから
住む人はいないはずです。
にも関らず
桐島聡はこの家に暮らしてた
警察は何でもっと調べなかったんでしょうかね。
こんな家に住んでるというだけで
ヤバイ事情を抱えてる
私ならそう思いますが・・・
それと今回感じたのは
どんなに古い家であっても
需要はあるって事ですよね。
指名手配犯であれば
普通の家は借りられない訳ですから
朽ちかけてる家であっても
身元を問わなければ借りたい
たくさんいるかも知れませんね。
私たちが管理するアパートは
古くなれば
ペットOK,にしたり
生活保護の方を入れたり
そして最後は高齢者を入居させて
何とか空室にならないようにしています。
この辺が限界だと思っていましたが
もしかしたら
この下があるかも知れませんね
ワケありの方大歓迎
身元は一切確認しません
なんて広告打ったら
ボロアパートでも客が殺到する
そんな気がしますね。
まぁ実際にはそんな事はしませんが
私たちは主に
アパートの質を高めて
入居者を確保しようとしますが
アパートの質を上げずに
借主の質を下げる
これも良く行われる事です
問題はどこまで下げるか？
ですが
今回の事件で分かった事は
いくらでも下はいる
って事ですね。
同じ日本人と言っても
本当に多様な人が暮らしてるのです。
家主さんは
空室で困った時には
お金をかけて建物の質を上げるのか
それとも顧客の質を下げるのか？
この二者択一しかない
これはアパート経営の原則ですから
しっかり頭に入れた方が良いですね
お金はかけたくない
なんて思いが強すぎると
最後は
指名手配専用アパート
なんて事になるかも知れません。
