At Nishi Sono shrine (4/3)
The season of cherry blossoms has come at last.
I went to Nishi Sono shrine with my cousin and her daughter to enjoy cherry blossoms today.
Regret to say, they weren't in full bloom yet.
But they will be in full bloom after a few days.

Today, Nisisono shrine and Higasisono shrine(東薗神社)exist. In The Nara era, the place where we live now was called Sono district.
In The kamakura era, Sono district was divided into two parts, Higasisono and Nisisono. So, The shrine of Sono district was divided into two shrines.
The former name( the original name) was Hachiman sama(八幡社).
I didn't know that the former name was Hachiman sama at all.
