今日の報道によると、現職国会議員47人中6人が首相選挙に立候補したそうです
立候補には最低3名の議員の推薦が必要ですが、すべての候補者がこれを満足しているそうです
これだけ割れると誰も過半数を獲得することは有り得ませんので、投票は最低でも3回はおこなわれることになりそうです
すなわち圧倒的支持を持った候補者はいないということで、誰が首相になってもこの先の混乱は続く予感がします
こんな状況の中でうちの裏庭にちょっといい話があります
今年の6月に日本から持参して植えた朝顔の種を収穫して洗濯場に置いておいたのですが、いつの間にか風で飛ばされて無くなっていました
ところが先週朝顔に似た双葉がふたつ芽を出しているのを見つけ、棒を立てかけて観察していましたが、昨日花を咲かせました
きれいな紫色の大輪朝顔です
朝顔は日照時間の変化で発芽して花を咲かせるそうです
今ソロモンは11月すなわち北半球の5月に相当しますので、朝顔にとってちょうどよい開花時期なのかもしれません

So many candidates make the election to be confused and it will be never decided only one vote and it must be at least three times.
Nobody has overwhelming support and anyway the confusion of the parliament will be continued.
In this social situation there is good news in my back yard.
At June this year I brought the seeds of morning growly and harvested the second generation seeds.
I put them at the washing area but they were brew away by the wind.
However last week I found the small two sprouts looked like the morning growly and I put the stick at the side of them and watched.
Then it bloomed yesterday.
It was the beautiful purple big flower.
The morning growly blooms depending on the sun shine time length and now it is November equals at May in Northern hemisphere.
It may be a good season for the morning growly.
