南太平洋のいくつかの国はかつてドイツの支配を受けたことがあり、それらの国では現在もその証拠が残っています
そのひとつは人名で、たとえばシュナイダーとかゲルツなど、いかにもドイツ系という名前があります
また食文化で大きな影響を残したのがビールです
ソロモンにもソロブリューという名のビールがありますが、名前からして明らかにドイツの遺産です
またスーパーで売っている加工肉にビーフ・シュニッツエルというのがあります
これは牛肉に衣をつけた状態で売っていますが、油で揚げるとカツレツのようになります
ドイツではヴィエナ・シュニッツエルという名前でレストランなどでも食べられますが、その名の通り、元はウイーンの物なのでしょう
先日買ったまま冷凍室に入れてあったものを、今日は揚げていただきました
下味がついていないので、揚げる時点でニンニクをたっぷり利かせてソースか塩でいただきます

It is sold the sliced beef with the breading and frying it becomes like a cut let.
In Germany they say it Vienna Schnitzel that originally from Vienna we can eat in the restaurant.
I bought it few weeks ago and kept in the freezer and I fried it today.
It was not pre-seasoned at all and during fry added a lot of garlic together and eat with salt or sauce.
