今週は月曜からいろんなことがあって私の仕事へのモチベーションは下がりっぱなしです
こんなときは気分を変えて新しいことを手がけてみるのがいいかと思って、病棟に御用聞きに回ってみました
最初は何しに来たのか？というような対応をされましたが、用件がわかるとすぐにいろんなことを要求してきます
壁掛け時計の電池交換とか、洗濯機のタイマーのツマミが緩んだとか簡単なことはすべて応えて、中でも医療機器は各病棟に吸引器（ポンプ）といわれるものがあります
これが前部で4台壊れたまま放置されていたのを引き取って修理しました
吸引した廃液を貯めるボトルがありますが、そのボトルが一杯になっても捨てずに使い続けると、廃液がポンプの内部に引き込まれ、ポンプが動かなくなります
4台とも同じ原因、すなわち使い方の間違いで起こった故障で、正しい使い方をすれば起こらないものです
1台あたり約1時間の修理ですが、感染性の汚物を扱いますのでゴム手袋を2重にして使います
1台はすぐに使いたいというので最優先でおこない、返却しました
This week, so many ridiculous things had happened and my motivation for the work had going down.
In this situation I thought that I should attempt something new activity and started to visit all wards.
They saw me with suspicious eyes first time but after they understood the purpose of my visit they asked me so many things.
To change the battery of the wall clock, to fix the loose knob of the washing machine and so on I completed all their small requests.
Especially about the medical equipment, there are the suction pumps in every ward and 4 of them had been broken and left.
I took them to our service shop and fixed them.
All of them were same symptoms that the drain liquid had come into the pump because they used continuously without disposing the liquid even the drain bottle had been full.
It was the cause of human error that could be avoided by the appropriate using.
It took about one hour for one machine and it was contaminated by the infective drain liquid I had to use the rubber glove for double.
One of them had requested urgently and it was preferred and taken back soon.
