今日は午后2時から突然停電になり、昼食の食器も片付けられずに放置していました
おそらく2時間ぐらいで復旧すると思っていたのですが、夕食の準備時間になっても復旧せず、仕方なく犬たちの夕食は冷凍ご飯を使って、ツナ缶とミックスベジタブルの炒飯でした
さらに自分の夕食は、昨日のカレーを温めて食べるつもりでしたが、電子レンジが使えないため冷凍ご飯を解凍できないので予定を変更してお好み焼きにしました
お好み焼き粉の半端があったので、キャベツを刻みハムと小エビを加えて、日本から持参のお好み焼きソースとマヨネーズに花かつお、そして青海苔が決め手です
簡単だけどローソクの下で、お好み焼きを一人で食べるのはやっぱり寂しいですね
結局停電は8時まで続きました
Today at 2:00 pm the electricity had suddenly broken down and I left the dishes of my lunch in the kitchen sink.
I expected maximum two hours to restore but even it became the time of preparation for dinner it didn’t restore.
I cooked the fried rice using the frozen rice, canned tuna and frozen mixed vegetables.
Also about my dinner, I had a plan to have the curry rice that I cooked last night but I changed the menu to the Okonomi-yaki because I couldn’t use the micro-wave.
I had some Okonomi-yaki powder of half used and add some chopped cabbage, ham, and shrimp.
After baking put some Okonomi-yaki sauce that I brought from Japan, mayonnaise dried bonito flake and green sea weeds on it as the topping.
It was very easy to cook but to have it alone under the candle light was so sad.
Finally the power came back at 8:00 pm.
